  • hi i have some expired coupons that I was getting ready to throw out. I am glad I came across your comment YokotaBound88. I would love to donate my expired coupons. Please let me know where I can send them. Thanks for the info. :)

  • Where can you get the SS inserts/ redplum inserts/ p&g inserts? Only in Sunday newspaper?

  • I recently began using coupons, especially when i buy beauty products. I used them last week at walgreens and my total came out to $40.00 dollars. since i had a few coupons w/ me, my total then came out to 25.00.

  • @Msmouspro - If you are saving $15 to $20 on just coupons that is really great. If most of that is just from the fact that you are buying items at the store that are marked down, maybe challenge yourself to see if you can save more from using coupons.

  • I am wondering ... i save around $15-20.00 on each shopping trip. Is that good or bad?

  • I like the way you do your couponing I'm

Km of three of my husband works and my kids r into everything at school and I think this way would be very helpful thanks so mich

  • If you need and address for a group who sends expired coupons to overseas families, please let me know. Also, I'm curious to your subjects or tabs for your coupons. I have a huge binder and it was pre-tabbed but naturally the tabs are according to the binder's designer's organization thought. When I have my pile of coupons in the store, I find myself kind of embarrassed to have to stand in front of an item for 5 minutes trying to find the coupons in the tab that I wouldn't personally put it in.

  • They come in my Sunday newspaper. You can also visit our coupons page for Smart Source and other printable coupons. moms fun money dot com / coupons dot php

  • how do you get those smart source ads?

  • Continued... I also have an envelope in the very front that has all my current coupons, meaning coupons that I will be using at the store, I try to put the coupons in the order of the aisles in the store I am shopping at. Hope that helps!

  • I was asked to share the labels I put on each of the envelopes I have. Here is the list:

Baking, Beverages, Breads, Breakfast, Canned Goods, Cat Food, Cleaning Products, Condiments, Dairy, Dressings/Oils, Dog Food, Feminine Products, Frozen Food, Meat, Oral Products, Paper Goods, Pasta & Rice, Salads/Fruits, Shampoo/Makeup, Snacks

And then I have individual store envelopes like Ralphs, Walmart, Pet stores, etc.

  • Can you show us or list each of the titles you have on the colored envelopes please

  • @CARRIELICIOUS - I just responded to your request about the envelope names :)

  • @MomsFunMoney Thank you so much hun :)

  • Fantastic tips! glad to come across your video. Will be sharing this to my friends... :)

  • very nice

  • @RBY - Depending on what area of the country you live in your coupon inserts could be different. I actually had 3 inserts in yesterdays paper. You could contact your local newspaper and find out if they contract with SmartSource and P&G which were the other 2 inserts that were in my newspaper yesterday.

  • i'm new at this i just started this week and i bought the sunday paper this week and it only came the redplum insert is that normal? thank you..

  • great video! but any suggestion to small towners?? we get no inserts.. and i do ecoupon.....but with just 2 stores to choose from.....its very frustrafing!! thank you

  • @campaslim i live in a small town as well call your post office and see if they can get some in if they request them then red plum and the others will send coupons for them to hand out

  • I am totally new and really struggling to get a go hang of this. This is hard & frustrating but I am not giving up!!

  • Im new to couponing and this video was amazing thank u :)

  • great organizing tip, i will definitely be using this system, I just started a binder, it works but i want something more compact that get the job done as well.

  • lover your coupon organizer, I have been looking for an great inexpensive way to organize my coupons and as you stated, I've out grown the 12-13 pocket filer. I have a ton of makeup bags. Thanks for the idea

  • @trond - Yes, it is! I probably spend 30 min. a week preparing my list and dinner list for the week and save a lot. I hope you will find it worth your time :)

  • Seriously,is it really worth the time investment?

  • @trond3trond Yeah, it really is. It sounds like it'd take up all your free time, but it really doesn't. A little time each week adds up to a LOT of savings.

  • I sent a complain email once to totinos pizza and I got some coupons in the mail.

  • Can u plzzzzz write me the names of the newspaper, magazines, and websites to collect coupouns plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • OMG! This is the best system EVER!!!

Thank you! I have a MILLION cosmetic cases in the house!

  • @mediaagent I know! I hate carrying around my binder.. It's so huge!! I love my binder but not taking it everywhere! I love the make-up bag idea!

  • this is a awesome way, i'm just starting out & I believe this is the way I like the best :) thanks for the idea!

  • PLEASE don't throw your expired coupons in the garbage. Military members can use those 6 months past the expired date. If you would like to donate your expired coupons, please PM me and I can tell you where to send! :)

  • @YokotaBound88 I would like to know where to send my expired coupons for the Military I feel so wasteful throwing them away.

  • @YokotaBound88 yes i have tons and have been wondering where to send them...have no idea ...please let me know

  • @caseylovespaper hi! i leave inside the military base and we can still use coupons up to 6 months past the expiration date. If it is okay with you you can send it to us so we can use it instead of throwing it to the garbage. You can send the expired coupons at PSC 473 BOX 518 FPO AP 96349-0518. We will appreciate any coupons that you guys could donate. Thank you!

  • @caseylovespaper Hi! If you would like to donate your expired coupons you send it to PSC 473 BOX 518 FPO AP 96349-0518. We can use expired coupons up to 6 months, you can donate all of your expired coupons instead of throwing it away. Thank you!

  • @YokotaBound88 Oconus only (assigned overseas)

  • @ShaCourtney

Yes, just overseas locations... I am in Japan :)

  • @YokotaBound88 yes I am aware i was clarifying I didnt want people on the Conus side to be confused...

  • @ShaCourtney

Yeah, I realized I didn't specify in my first comment as to where they can be used. Thanks for catching that! :) I appreciated it.

  • @YokotaBound88 How can a military member use coupons 6 months later? Is this only for deployed members or anyone with a valid military ID?

  • @Keyes28 This is only for OCONUS locations.

  • @YokotaBound88 wow how fair is that???

  • @leelee529 Its because we don't get USA based newspapers over here that contain coupons. So by the time someone actually sends coupons, we don't have the full time to use them. So our commissary and AAFES overseas allows us to use them if they are expired per their agreement with the manufacturers. :)

  • @YokotaBound88 oh i see, that is very good. i just didnt know...wasnt thinking along those lines, i thank all the military for all they do for us, i have alot of coupons that i would love for someone to get use of, mostly all household products though. gimme the address to ship em too and i will. =) thx!

  • @YokotaBound88 Does this apply to military in Canada or is that US only?

  • @ToxicEyes2202 To my knowledge, this is only for the United States. For those military families who are currently stationed at overseas bases, ie.. Japan, Germany, England etc. I'm not sure of any military bases in Canada but most coupons states for use in US only.

  • @YokotaBound88 thanks so much so i can take them to the nex(px exct) or commisary? with no problem? wow i am def gonna try that

  • @YokotaBound88 hey I was just wondering if you know if this was true for Canadian military as well?

  • @YokotaBound88 only OVERSEAS military members right?

  • EXTREME COUPONING! This might be the new trend. SAVE SAVE SAVE....The less you spend the richer you can become. We as consumers are finally finding out our power. Im definately going to try this and later I will post my results on my page. Thanks.

  • Great organizational tips, thanks!

  • thanks for the tip on the e-mails! I found this very helpful. I am not a mom, but actually just a poor college student. I would like to see how you go through and make your lists and plan you shopping tips. Sometimes I get confused and forget by the time I get to the store.
