"有無慾望梳理一下複雜的自己"? has too much metaphor, though I can guess (and have to) it means whether Chow has the intention (conscience) to reflect on her complicated background. But if I (I'm a local undergrad) have difficulties understanding it, it does have a problem. The second is simpler though...Chow was questioned whether the pillows are...bad.
