Get real guitar. Its lot funnier to play with that. At guitar hero you have to play just with 5 buttons and that sucks. With real guitar you can learn all the theory, all music styles and learn to make your OWN music.

..i play real guitar but i can understand why people wouldnt like to try it ...because it takes A MUCH MUCH longer time to be anywhere as good at real guitar than guitar hero which you could be good at in the first week if you play everyday

To put it simply, you can play that song on guitar hero with a perfect score in a year or less. To play that song on a real guitar you need... mmm... at least 4 years (I've been playing for 6 years and can't play it really nice) and you'll be far from playing it clear.

Guitar Hero is a GAME, don't forget that.

I agree, it annoys me when people think they can play real guitar after playing guitar hero but i don't think it's worth getting angry over. and Just 'coz i find guitar hero harder doesn't mean shit about how i play real guitar, because the two things aren't really anything a like. If someone is shit at an FPS game that doesn't mean they suck at using a gun in real life.
