Megatron turns into a Cybertronian tank in this movie, which makes sense. There were many versions of Megatron that turned into tanks, including his War Within tank mode, his G2 tank mode, and his Armada tank mode. The only other version I can remember of him having a jet alt mode was in the Machine Wars line, but that was a non-canon series anyways. The jaguar was Ravage, he is one of Soundwave's satellite probes in this movie. Starscream was grabbing Sam, you can see that in the first trailer

I can think of Megatron having a few different animal alt modes, including his alligator and T-Rex Beast Wars modes, and his red (and blue) dragon modes as a Transmetal 2 robot. I guess you can consider his RID alt forms, considering he had 10 of those.
