New Monofin Test

For all the people asking where she got her fin and how it's shaped like that; you can't buy a monofin with this fluke shape. It's a Finnis competitor, the most expensive they have (that I've seen) they come in a sort of boxy shape. The way she got her fin to be that shape? She cut it out herself. Yes you can cut through the tough plastic of a monofin and shape it this way. That's what she did. It takes a little more than a pair of scissors to cut it that way though. ;)

Most people love the tail, and the way I see it is that if they're giving me weird looks, it's only because they wish they were a mermaid but are too chicken to swim with a tail or don't have one ;D Even if it's not true, that's the way I think and it makes it more fun to swim around them ^_^

im gonna go ahead and take a guess here and say that she got the FINIS competitor monofin, which is made out of fiberglass, and cut it to that shape using sharp industrial scissors.

thats what hannah fraser does, and the monofin looks like hannahs. plus she has "hannah fraser" as a tag.

i could be wrong. but i think im probably right.

Are you wearing a nose cllip? You don't breath out through your nose, and from what I've read it always hurts when you get water up your nose.

@MermaidCaitey I don't wear a nose clip! Although the water does sting, after a while you get used to that feeling. Afterwards, I have a weird remedy for getting rid of the remaining sting so its not bad at all XD

@Horseluvr823 Thanks! I'm not a synchro swimmer although I've always wanted to try it~I'm a competitive swimmer ;) I have one video with my new tail (Mermaid In Rough Waters) but it doesn't show it off properly. I'll make one soon where you can really see it in action though ^~^

@SoRandom1228 hahahaha trust me--TONS of water gets in my nose! Its all about building a tolerance for it I guess. It takes a bit of getting used to the first few times you do it, but it does get easier. After you do it though, you have to blow all the water out (gross) and then your nose feels funny for a little. XD
