Well explain the fact that my younger brother who was that skinny kid at school is now reasonably big. What he has said about Cardio is what most trainers agree. Muscle burns calories, so more muscle = more calories burnt, hence why everyone should incorporate some form of weights. If cardio built "shitload" of muscle then explain marathon runners??? The best cardio is interval, look it up!

  • @makubex2556 all you have to do is eat right, and basic movement to keep your whole self physically well. if you live by the motto quality rather than quantity, and give up crap like sugar then you will reach a perfect bmi. it may take time but it's a lifestyle change.

  • cardio is very important too, though. You're not going to see a six pack under a bunch of fat. Knocking things like ellipticals isn't a good idea because I slimmed down using cardio machines and then toned up with weights and resistance.

  • @biozapdatema Yes, it does, ate least it worked on me, I lost 2 kilos ( I believe it is 4 pounds or something in english ) in a month, and that's because you don't just burn fat while you're doing it, but all the time, even sleeping . Maybe 4 pounds isn't much in a month, but I was happy :)

  • Vince is very very good. His delivery is straight to the point and effective. He strikes a cord. I am a runner and I stil need to lose body fat. I will increse my weight training and do more interval training like Vince suggests. The only thing is the video is not in sync. I would buy his videos. He's cute too and not full of himself like some trainers but he really seems to care about your success.

  • I've heard this theory so many times and I have to say it isn't 100% correct. I had a 8 pack when I use to run 5 miles 5 days a week outside. I was ripped. NO WEIGHTS. Push ups, chin ups, sit ups, etc was the only resistant training I did.

    Try to tell a marathon runner he is to fat because he is running to much..LOL

    How many fat marathon runners have you seen. There cardio is insane. They never pic up a weight. Same goes for a lot of fighters.

  • No weights, work concentrated muscles. You do a bicep curl and it works biceps. Do chin ups and it works back, lats, biceps, forarms, shoulders, etc. Unless you're a heavy weight , the best fighters don't use concentrated weights.
