Try the bar chords with just the top three notes....fingers 1, 3 and the pinky (4). As your hand gets more flexible and stronger fill in the bottom notes/strings, and bar it off then. Only play the notes you fret.

F just takes time, no easy way, sorry.

Just transpose it. Bar chords get easier when ur fingers get stronger. Play it in D and move the capo down two frets (or take it off. I can't tell if it's on the 2nd or 3rd fret)
