This is great song and video... I would never thought I'd like any music from Asia (I am of Bosnian origin, listed to Hip Hop mostly and I live n Australia) but there are few songs from Faye I really like... I don't understand a word but you don't have to understand the words to apreciate the music... this song is one of them... the first time I heard it I liked it straight away and found myself looking for more of ther music.

不留 (bu liu) means "not leaving" I guess. "liu" itself means to stay, remain, keep or preserve. "bu" is negation in chinese..
