  • nah thats nonsense for me at least. as soon as i started doing 9 sets per body part. i see more power results. and tighter bigger arms

  • can you get stronger by using the same weight everytime i only have like 20 pound free weight also i is there any way i can go to 40 pound dumbells does it have to with eating PLZZZZ RESPOND oh and iam 15 years old and i just started using whey protein
