  • I think a tear just came to my eye! God I miss the 90's.

  • What is the name of the first song that sounds ..? at 0:25

  • @edgaritsmylife "two to tango" by vanessa daou

  • @Ewabound571 Thanks....!!!!!

  • pippens a sidekick?no pippen is a winner

  • wade and james dislike this video.haha

  • these cats simply got it done......year after year.....6 time champs

  • They should have 8 nba rings!

  • big three = Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Phil Jackson

  • @timatang rodman......

  • @timatang You forgot Winters, that makes it the big four!

  • Did anyone else notice Mike's earring was on the gay side?

  • @theotherjordan In Chicago it's people or Folks

    Right or left

  • you have to think about it though when michael was with the wizards he didnt win a championship but when he went to the bulls with scottie and rodman he started winnin ships

  • @goonifiedswag Jordan didn't went from the Wizards to the Bulls.

  • @axversion1 My bad

  • @1:59

Holy crap, that sounds EXACTLY LIKE KOBE

  • That's bad ass haha

  • 2 call Scottie Pippen a sidekick is a joke Pippen was a DAWG,DOG however u want to say it or spell it Michael Jordan the best 2guard 2 ever lace up a pair of sneeks Scottie Pippen the only player who could dominate a complete game without scoring a pt u can say that about anyother play except maby bill russell, Majic Johnson, wilt chamberlin an Oscar Robertson so u c where im goin with this and that says alot Scottie Pippen was a beast put him wth MJ OMG look out u dont have a chance

  • @9bigstep I agree, scottie was never a sidekick, he sacrificed his game for the success of the team, michael jordan earned his stature as the #1 player 4 years before scottie arrived, so scottie understood the pecking order, plus scottie had to defend jordan in practice each and every day, they kept building on each other's greatness year after year....sidekicks don't unleash the greatest playoff dunk ever when scottie rose over patrick ewing and brought down the house

  • No matter who your team was, during the championship years watching the duo play was a thing of beauty

  • Scottie Pippien had a chance to get a ring with the blazers but they couldn't stop Kobe ad Shaq in the fourth quarter.

  • @LabCabInElCajon he could have, the coach just crap on himself everything that was going for the team he went in the other direction.if u ever get a chance to watch that game seven again you will see what i meant,

  • scottis always played great in the finals on both ends of the floor...matter fact in the 97 and 98 finals he was bein metioned as MVP....JORDAN just played alil betta...and in 98 in gm 6 pip hurt his bk on the first play...a dunk....but these guys r clearly the best duo in NBA history.....wish i could turn bk the hands of time

  • i miss them i miss those days..........i wish that i could turn back the clock..

  • i wish i couldve been born in the 90s. just so i can see these two play

  • JESUS CHRIST ON A CANDLE STICK!!! I MISS THE 90s SOOOOO BAD!!!!!

  • I hated these 2 but damn they were good lol I hope WADE & JAMES could be this one day... "LET'S GO HEAT"

  • I wanna see them play together again, maybe in all-star game or some charity games.

  • This made me call my wingman from my high school basketball team. lol

  • Two things here: (1) The music is very fitting and (2) this almost brought me to tears. :( Oh how I miss the glory days.

  • Pip said it All. "It may not happen that way". I always wondered why MJ couldn't just subcontracted Pip for 30+mil a year (MJ could afford) discreetly. MJ clearly was a go to play w/pip for as long as it takes. The thing these two guys missed was in the mutual negotiations with money. They didn't get that far enough to realize that money could be a very small part in their relationship and clearly could be negotiated outside the bulls management. MJ/Pip shud've became biz partnrs for nba rings.

  • @vtalbott krause was going to fire phil no matter what.

  • 2nd greatest duo d-wade and king james?

  • @tonzills5

With that sentence, you just make me want to puke, with all the due respect man.

Second, if not first greatest duo might be Magic-Jabbar (Worthy) Bird- McHale (Parish). Am I forgetting somebody? Oh yes, I probably did: Moses Malone-Doctor J and Stockton-Malone. Enough said. You still naming that stupid selfish king? Italy here, and no respect for LBJ.

  • @tonzills5 never, not only were mj/pip a great duo, but they also were the 2 best defensive players in the nba to go with their offense. james/wade would have to win many rings to match what mj/pip did.

  • damn i love those black bulls shirt, they're just freakin cool

  • While Shaq always tries to advertise that him and Kobe were the best 1-2 punch of all-time, clearly MJ and Pippen were. As MJ said, Pippen and him can dominate a game offensively AND defensively. Shaq and Kobe can only dominate offensively.

  • Best duo ever.......ahh i miss the old NBA days sometimes!

  • can anybody tell me the song at 0:25 thanks

  • @mahuacata the song is called Two to Tango by Vanessa Daou.

  • That's the same problem Lebron is having. He needs a quality sidekick to help him out!

  • @TheeVulture SIDEKICK??? Scottie Pippen was never a sidekick to Jordan U don't knw nothing. Pippen did score alot. yeah late his numbers in scoring went down but he still was scoring just as much in the 20sppg COME ON NOW. I know my Bulls.

  • @mistanderson

To everyone else, who saw them both play, he was a sidekick. Scottie was always Robin to Batman being Jordan. I do know cause I saw them both play. Pippen a majority of times, was always carrying to load besides Jordan. They knew Jordan was already great, but he couldn't do it all alone.

  • @TheeVulture Nawwwww bruh It was never a sidekick that. Thats media talk. Yeah Jordan was the leader offensively but Pippen was the leader on Defense. Side kicks have no say so unless the leader is gone. Pippen had a say so whether Jordan was there are not. They were co captains of that team. Pippen LEAD never a sidekick. I saw them play from the beginning

  • @mistanderson I'm a laker fan but what you said is true.......scottie earned his stripes w/the bulls and i'm sure he definitely had jordan's respect for sure

  • The best 1 2 punch ever in the history of the league. I will argue the point anyday anytime. Just remember one aspect before we start listing name...defence.

  • @boysgothops Thank you. Shaq was a dominator on offense when they won the three titles, Scottie didn't score that much but Pip and MJ could shut down a whole team in defense. Great athletes, great defenders, great help defenders. Probably the best two outside defenders ever, i'd put a young version of Dennis Rodman in the same category. He was great with the Pistons.

  • @75samuel75 what was both of their average together I bet MJ and Scottie's was higher

  • The great part about these two is the mutual respect for one another. You don't see that anymore these days. Talk about great duo's- Payton and Kemp, Shaq & Penny, Shaq & Kobe, Shaq & Wade- non of them had the mutual respect that mj and pippen had for each other. Only David Robinson for Tim Duncan, maybe, and even them, Robinson was clearly on his way out. But these two, MJ & Scottie both hit the top of their games at the same time, and still maintained respect. THAT's GREATNESS

  • @javan7676 yeah. i strongly agree..

  • @javan7676 Dude, not Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton. Those two guys did have mutual respect for each other on and off the court. They made what the Sonics were in Seattle, even though they already won a title in 1979. By they way, you also forgot about Karl Malone and John Stockton, almost 20 years of playing together.

  • @javan7676 Pippen said that Lebron is better player than Jordan, is that the kind of respect you talk about?

  • @MrRolaCosta forget about that comment... cuz lebron is a better athlete but not a better player than MJ... there's a difference... LBJ maybe stronger and probably as fast, jump higher... but MJ is the real king because he dominates in games where it counts

  • @MrRolaCosta LBJ maybe a better "athlete" like a little stronger, just as fast... but not a better player.. there's a difference... MJ was the king and still is the king in a "man's game"... Lebron is a player in a "boy's game".... that's how i see it. Cuz MJ took the hard hits and earned his points and was dominant in the game's that counted

  • @Ewabound571 in my mind Jordan is ten times greater than Lebron just due to his mental focus. the size and skills of Lebron are not questionable but someone ever checked the size of his balls?

  • i'm so weird. but, do you guys notice in this vid that mj has an earring on his right ear and pippen has one on his left ear. hahahah. they're like pb&j sandwich. like milk and cereal.

anywaaays, they were i believe "the greatest duo ever."

  • i see this guys defending and i say: "how the fuck didilebron and kobe made it to the all defensive team"?

  • Awesome duo.

  • Mike had the best of both worlds. Greatest side kick ever in Pip, and he was the greatest Baller ever.

  • i was born in 1986 and grew up in Chicago watching the bulls, and i have never known michael without scottie...in every game i've seen i've always known them as the awesome duo...even as a kid i rarely ever mentioned michael without mentioning scottie, or scottie without michael

  • No contest as to who the best NBA duo is...

    what an awesome video.

  • Scottie said it - the greatest duo ever.

  • who saw tim donaghy at 3:31

  • Do anyone know the song at 2:47 ?

  • @Huskyowner2007 it`s a song by the Ink Spots but i don`t know what it`s called so google the lyrics you heard

  • @RealDefentertainment Thanks :O)

  • See Donoghy at 3:32

  • luv them!!best tandem and duo :)

  • 2 3 peetes!

  • MJ didn't quit on team he retired and since ur bitch ass can't count 6>5

  • lol ok the time the bulls lost tothe celetics in jordans 2nd year was because he broke his ankle and the coaches didnt want him playin to much, Jordan has 6 rings, how many does Magic have and Bird, just shut up about it, in the 80 it was the Celetics and Lakers, till the late 80s when Jordan showed up, MJ and scottie maybe ur greatness live forever

  • No offense taken but i give a world of credit to 90's Bulls 00' lakers and Spurs because they were able to do it , (especially the Bulls) in the era of free agency and big money and big egos (remember the fool big dog askin for 100mil even before he took a practice)

  • nobody would stop jordan a pippen in his prime is beter than a worthy in his prime steve kerr knockin down shots kukoc hitting his the bulls were the best defensive team in nba history they would have shut down the lakers and plus defense wins championships thats why the bulls are better. The bulls got swept once by the celtics when jordan was in his second or first year. They advanced and made it to the eastern conference finals three times and lost it took time for them to make it not every

  • 23 33 equals winners champions record holders winnning 72 games in a season 3 peating not once but twice how can you not respect that. How can you say they are not the greatest duo or team ever. Your bitterness blinds you. Just because Jordan and Pip broke your heart doesn't mean you should not respect and bow down to them

  • i'm the insecure one and your the one that's dedicated your youtube name to saying that mike isn't the greatest. LOL you're the fucking idiot. You bitch I already talked duo and you got owned. Now you geting owned on the greatest. Face it you're done. Just stop replying already you bore me

  • yea ok bitch. You can try to prove your point all you want you're an idiot. I aint even going to say who the better duo is anymore because i've said it a couple of times already and it's pointless trying to prove my point to you. Yes fuck the Lakers and i hope they lose for all you idiots who think Kobe is better than Jordan his 14 points today in a game 7 is way better than what Jordan would have done! lol yea right and 23 33 aren't the greatest!!!! lmao

  • You're an idiot just shut the fuck up already Jordan and Pippen never lost in the finals they accomplished more than any of those other duos you just named and your argument is that they never faced great teams. There is no way to find out unfortunately because i'd really enjoy watching them whoop on your faggot lakers. I can't wait until the Lakers lose to Denver

  • You're an idiot malone and stockton one of the greatest duos ever shut up. Fuckin Magic wasn't the best defender either. Scottie and Mike are the greatest duo ever and if you ad rodman to the mix you have the greatest trio. They have accomplished more than any of those duos you mentioned and don't give me that shit because they never played against elite players. The Bulls would have beaten all of thsoe teams in a 7 game series without a doubt. Fuckface

  • lol another hater on the bulls. Ok go ahead and believe what you want.

  • The Dobermans, as their coaching staff would call them. pretty scary once you unleash them on the defensive side. I wonder what if felt like going up against the them when they're on defense. i guess you'll never know what hit you.

  • sorry but scottie and mike best duo ever. There is no way they would lose. They would will themselves to victory no matter what duo they go against. They are the greatest!

  • jordan and pippen are the greatest duo in the history of sports. They were masters of the game. If you want to win you pick these two up on your team right away. Because of there competiveness is what makes them the greatest along with there skills but they refuse to lose

  • amen

  • The best duo ever!!!

  • So sad thay they were broken apart. It's conceivable they could have won two or three more rings.

  • Nice vids... I'm just in awe watching this.

  • Brings tear to my eyes, I am getting old.

  • They are the best duo ever in NBA History cause just like Scottie said they can take over the game on offense and defensive. Plus they won 6 titles, 3-peated twice who can compare to that

  • oppsss jaja yes , they won 6 championshipss and same like KaliaElizabeth i miss those 2 guys too !!!!!!!!! i hope they play togheter some time in an NBA all -star Game legends game

  • The greatest duo in NBA History. As T.I. would say, 'they're officially the realest. Point Blank Period!

  • i cried. miss them both....

  • no question about it , thats why they won 5 championships togheter they had respect each other , players of today has not that chemistry that pippen and jordan had it , thats special duo

  • thats 6.

  • they won 6 titles together

  • pip's right. they reached a level nobody else will ever get to. there will be other dynasties, champions and legends, but none of them will ever reach the level of play that mj and pip did.

  • Nice featurette, thank you.

MJ and Pip were a even better combo on the second 3-peat with all the experience and respect for each other. Jordan once said playing without Scottie is like a slap in the face for him, and when you watch old games of them playing together, you understand why he made such a strong statement.

  • Whenever I see those guys together nowadays, at the ceremony for Johnny Red Kerr (rest in peace) for example, they seem to get along just fine, despite some things that had been said in the past. It would be great to see more of that in the future.

  • What made these 2 guys extremely special was that they did something that i dont think has ever been done before. A dynasty that was built and established by 2 PERIMETER players. West and Baylor couldnt do it until Wilt showed up, in the more recent history, Kobe hasnt been able to do it with Odom (they tried making odom into Pip), Toronto had Tmac and VC, Orlando had Tmac and Hill and none of those teams could do it Most teams base their successe on the use of a premiere big man and PG or SG ..

  • ... in the 60's it was Russell and Cousy, 70's Frazier and Reed and Kareem and Big O. 80's Magic and Kareem, Bird and Chief, Dr. J and Malone, this decade, Shaq and Kobe, and Tim and Parker. But Jordan and Pippen 2 perimeter players leading to 6 titles in the 90's !? 2 guys that can either pick you apart methodically or run you out of the gym on offense. While on defense there was nothing scarier than being the ball handler and double teamed full court by both MJ and PIP for all 94 feet.
