its funny to see ppl's comments regarding most of the animes. comments like "i m lost", "i m confused", "whats this about?" n so on, just after watching 8-10 mins segment of the very first episode. y dont they keep on watching until they figure out the plot n storyline by themselves or check on the sites like Anime News Network or wiki to know what kind of anime they are going to watch prior watching that anime?

I like fanservice like the next guy, but what is the point of her having a skirt *that short* if they are going out of their way not to show at least a glimpse of a panty shot? It's totally unrealistic - If they didn't want to show panties in the first place,why didn't they just have her wearing shorts, like any other girl would in the situation?

i'm guessing they added this element to make the political aspects of the show less dull. i mean, the story dwells on politics but the main character is a skirt wearing free spirit. that's pretty incohesive. (yet it does make 4 a more entertaining experience thn say ghost in the shell & it's long-winded speeches)

Yeah. She took her friends place in jail. She wasn't supposed to go in the first place, but she did because she's a good friend. :)
