  • Way to Go Obama! This a great winning issue for you and the American Public. We can shrink our deficit to zero in no time by taxing the wealthy as they have been all along this past decade. This is a Win Win Win for all real Americans! Tax breaks for the wealthy and for corporations have done nothing to stimulate the economy, but have added to our financial difficulties. NEXT, CLOSE ALL THE TAX LOOPHOLES!!

  • The Reign of the Tech ERA

  • damn, i remember buying this album when it came out.

  • "Its no really spanish all the way. its more Afro-Spanish"

  • Latino whatever. One of the greatest groups ever!!! LOve you Beatnuts!!!

  • this is an amazing song, the beat is so rythmic with the trumpet so lazy, doing its own thing that is emphasised by the autonomy of the lyrics ; )

but really.. this is one of my favourites

  • This is the track that set it off for me. This raised the bar as far as what I expected when it came to dope production. That`s probaly why I can`t tolerate Lil Wayne, Drake and any other wack stuff that`s trying to pass as hip-hop. They`re no different than Vanilla Ice, Hammer, or Gerardo back in the day. Just because they been to jail or sold or used drugs is not enough. You gotta be dope on wax like The Beatnuts. This is how you back up your talk by proving how dope you are for real.

  • @kevhar12 "They`re no different than Vanilla Ice, Hammer, or Gerardo back in the day." Sadly, Vanilla Ice, Hammer, and Gerardo were more ground-breaking, in the retrospective... To be fair, I thought Gerardo's "Rico Suave" was OK, at least the track was cool. Vanilla Ice, I'll never forgive you for your wackness!

  • @jvcforce You`re right. They were more creative than these fools today. I`ll give them that.

  • buying old records is a habit

  • QUEENS STAND UP !!!!!!

  • Crazy how all the beatnuts videos have so few views. Their flows are so much better than all the mainstream rappers.

  • @lowellstyle thats because people listen shitty music now hip hop aint dead you have to dig deeper

  • Janeshe 2 says: real hip hop? i think so!

  • they were dominican and colombian

  • look man! im tired of ppl fucking saying oh he's good for a latino rapper or they are the best latino rappers ? wtf is that man. listen up good hip hop is good hip hop i don't give a fuck if u black, white, latino, indian w.e race should not matter in hip hop what matters is whether or not as an artist your putting out quality music capeash!.

  • @doyle8721 Um, calm down, have you heard the majority of Latin rap? it sucks mostly so calm your nerves

  • @doyle8721 Beatnuts coming out with a new album in 2011 "Planet of the Crates"

  • truuu dat homie@doyle8721

  • @doyle8721 its 'capisce' . but yes I agree with you

  • If they were Ricans they would have most definitely went farther then they went !

Salute to all Puerto Ricans that have helped this thing we call Hip Hop !!!!!

  • Beatnuts always reminded me of some supremely talented crazy ass puerto ricans who really didn't give a fuck! "I guess I'll stay broke fuck it" It seemed effortless to them.

  • except they were dominican and colombian. no pr's there!

  • Ricans?? lol

  • @outstretchedarm Beatnuts coming out with a new album in 2011 "Planet of the Crates"

  • @outstretchedarm fuck you man. pr's had a great influence on hip hop. u better recognize

  • @cripbuddz I'm not denying that Puerto Ricans had a great influence on hip hop. I was correcting someone who said the Beatnuts were Puerto Rican.

  • @outstretchedarm I thought Fashion was PR?

  • @outstretchedarm dominican and mexican ;)

  • @kebablo no. Juju is Dominican and Psycho Les is Colombian. One time member Fashion is African American

  • them cats aint broke, learn ya history and you would know they were a successful production team that just so happenned to rap 2

  • you ain't lying!! Top notch production team!

  • This was the opening cut on the self-titled EP. It was such a slamming introduction to The Beatnuts that I always snatch up one of their albums whenever they release one. I could care less about how much album sales they generate. I just want the Beatnuts to continue generating funky-ass tracks like this.

  • hell yeah.

  • u cant fuck wit da nutz!!!

  • believe, used to buss out this track

  • zzzyyyxxx -> It was originally a jingle on the legendary World Famous Supreme Team radio show, immortalized by Malcolm McLaren on the 12"/EP he did with them in 83, also containing MUCH used DJ phrases like "D-d-d-d-do ya like scratchin'?" etc etc...

  • I think the exact track is "buffalo gals" or something of the sort.

It should be uop on youtube...

  • where does the sample 'your listening to the worlds famous' come from? anyone know?

  • tight

beatnuts dont get enough props in hip hop media

  • I guess that is because they dont have a 'Shook ones' or a ' Straight outta compton' . They make great music, but I guess they miss a classic banger.
