@luckieeboyy27 Yes, you can buy a Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Weekly, Day and Student TAP pass from any Metro Rail ticket machine. That's been in place since 2008. But it it's not set up to deduct the $1.50 yet.

@gamersofthedead Bought it at the Metro pass booth at Union Station, in the back side. You can probably get one at any place that sells Metro passes. After the pass expires, just add the value in any Metro ticket machine to refill.

@gamersofthedead There are now ticket machines in the Los Angeles subway stations which dispense TAP cards. It's a lot easier to get one than it used to be.

Cons: Limited uses due to money balance, cant be used as Interagency Transfers to agencies that don't use it.
