Secondly it is not an "army" uniform it is the uniform of the United States Marine Corps. Third i got the BDU shirt at a thrift store for $4 and i thought it would be cool to wear seeing as it was light colored on the hot day and it wold keep the hot brass off of me when we were shooting the larger machine guns.

When the bullet starts on its secondary voyage AFTER ricocheting off of the surface of the water, you don't have any control. No, it is extremely unlikely to impossible it will come back to shooter, but it can travel long distances after the ricochet.
