They have been w me since june 2010, but fri we were back n court, he has gotten a temp custody till oct. Now back n dec 10, my ex & his lawyer switched court dates w/o letting me or my lawyer know that's how he got custody then but never came to get them, I was ordered to pay child support as well. But this time there has been no child support due to either one, reason for it, my lawyer wants to see if he comes & gets them this time. They will be switching schools again.

@GoinBack2Naija where did that say anything bad about you? You want to know what I was talking about it wasn't all kinds of abuse it was only about how a person can find themselves in the type of relationship this video was about. Back to the abuse thing I was always the outsider and treated bad. I was molested at the age of 15 raped at 16 had a baby at 17. I got married at 20 had a child at 21 and another at 24. My husband stormed out of the delivery room because it was a baby girl not a boy

@GoinBack2Naija I was trying to share with you how it happens that someone gets into the position she is in. You It isn't blindness or stupidity. If you have never had to go through it you are lucky! It is a slow progression of brain washing. You loose yourself. In some cases such as mine the are other thing like depression that play into this. The abuser uses the children to control you. Yes life is about choices but sometimes choices are made thinking you have all the info

I so get this you have to jump through hopes while he does nothing. Everything you do or say is picked apart. If you point out bruises or any other sign of abuse it is turned in to you trying to alienating them from the father. They want you to have a home in their county or they will keep your kids from you. If you are like me everything seemed great a first and he changed it was slow and little but your life became hell. Keep your head up and I pray things work out for you

if he is physically abusing them you need them to get out of that inviroment do they have any bruises get a lawyer and fight to get them back email me if you need somebody to talk to

cps is an overpowered tyrant that needs to be brought down! I'm going through it too. I used to think that people who had their children must've done something terribly wrong. I now regret EVER thinking that....I hope and pray for you and your babies. Do not give up, your babies are counting on you.

I know the children hate being there with him. Tuesday April 13th the judge overruled the juvenile courts, and closed the case. DFS is still involed for another 90 days. Waiting for me to get a home for them. Which is very hard due to my income.

be strong for your children, praying your hearts desire to the lord jesus christ and doing the footwork by finding a good lawyer or go pro se, gather your information and go after DFS the ones who put your children in the hands of a mentally disturbed man, you also need to pray for him too. all things are possible with the lord jesus christ. always remember who loved you and your children first. May the Lord God hear your prayers in the name of his son jesus christ...

Can you get work in another location where there is more demand for your services? If so, you could afford a good lawyer. You have to be very, very careful about hiring a lawyer; many are crooks. I can give you tips about how to look for a good one.
