@Blabla3777 you use your same character, its not a whole new game or anything. once your put the disk into your console/pc and install whichever add on it is (shivering isles or nights of the nine) just start playing oblivion and it should just automaticly come up with a new quest. (dont try to use the shivering isles disk or nights of the nine disk to play, just use the normal oblivion disk to play)

For the first armor, Imperial Dragon Armor aka the Emperor's Armor you have to complete the Main Questlien starting with Giving the Amulet to Jauffre upto and including the quest where you see Martin Give his life up with the Amulet to summon Akatosh (a fiery dragon) and kill Mehrunes Dagon (giant ogre thing) then Osceller Ocato comes in and asks what happened then u become Champion of Cyrodil and then you wait 2weeks (in-game) and you go to the imperial legion compound and pick it up :) peace

@squimps1 armors start appearing randomly on people and in shops at higher levels. elven wont even be see until level 15. a new set of heavy and a set of light will slowly start appearing at levels 3, 6, 10, 15, and 20. Of course there are tons of unique armors you can find at any level as well.

Nope, they will remain as they were, but I recommend trying to get all the madness matrixes before making the armor. There is a quest where you can get a few pieces of madness armor though, but its very weak. Try to get glass armor or daedric armor enchanted or just download some good gear for pc if you use the pc :)

i have a PROBLEM...i killed umbra when i was LEVEL 1 ...her armor stas are 44 if i equip them...

then i leveled myself to level 15 ...and same shit her armor stats are 44 ..then i leveled to level 32 ( this is te maximum jump taht i

can make from level one becuse my skils are so bieg..and her armor stats are stil 44...

but Oblivion WIKI says that her full set armor has protecion 55 from leve 1-14 and from level 15+ has stats 60 ..
