@TheFilmMaster They use real cameras and equipment to model what can be done in CGI. They want to keep the user experience familiar. It's a pretty involved process.

@probonovox Thanks for the feedback. These are currently being custom made. The manufacturer is working to mass produce them and get the cost down. We offered them at half price last Thursday to help get them into the market. There will be some special offers in the future too. What do you think the target price should be ?

@tubetape I should have been more clear. My apologies. Way to expensive for the market it is intended for because of the ROI and the state of the economy. When I worked in network television we'd spend that amount on a tripod and dolly! If you are aiming at the amateur/semi pro market the price would have to come down until you are established yourself in the market. Once established, companies can command a premium. Look at Steadicam. Hope you succeed!

Been looking for a dolly to do a product review on, and it needs to be able to be used on track or PVC. This one looks great, and have many of the features I'm looking for, but the cost is well past my product review budget, and with this economy I don't see that changing until after the elections. Maybe in the future I'll be able to review and market it on social media. I would be a good match to my gear: watch?v=-A8DTz_Z-dg&hd=1 and TubeTape is a company I trust, and have bought from
