  • THE DIFFERENCE BETWEN TEXAS AND A BIG 'OL TEXAS STEER SHITPILE??--IF ANDBODY KNOW...CONTACT POSTPILE'S CHANNEL; NEXT SCHEDULED AMERICAN MURDER...ANTHONY BARTEE

  • By The Way...my second sentence is meant to take sarcastically. obviously the man didnt bend down during the middle of his murderous act and ask "what would you like as a last meal"

  • its NOT appropriate to give such a meal to a CONVICTED MURDERER. unless, right before he tied his victim to the back of his pick up truck and drug him to his prolonged death, he asked him what he wished for as a last meal that is a mercy that he OBVIOUSLY didn't allow his victim. a life for a life...this man had time to prepare for his execution unlike the victims FAMILY (which must have been so offended at the gesture.) maybe the act of legislation was a bit over the top but it shouldnt upset

  • "It is inappropriate to give a person SENTENCED TO DEATH such a privilege"

    .........

See, im not gonna say anything. But you know I'm upset.

  • This executed stranger is one of my heroes.

  • So a guy rots in jail for about 20 yrs. And you complain about the very last meal? Twenty years of meals taxpayers fronted the cost to - you're concerned about the last one?

  • Just give 'em a last MEAL (a plate of food), not a fucking buffet!

That senator in Texas can FUCK OFF!

  • Brewer's meal wasn't the largest ever ordered in Texas, and he wasn't the only one who didn't eat his last meal. It was just lousy timing! Too bad for the next guy in line!---Ty Treadwell, author of Last Suppers: Famous Final Meals from Death Row

  • I think he was hoping that things worked out so he could make his last shit a huge smelly one on the execution table.

  • Why don't they have a TYTFood(s)? Just Cenk and Ana talking about food for an hour.

Mmmm... now that would be delightful

  • Damn.. them talking about last meals make me wanna go on death row. I'm hungry

  • Why are young people so asininely stupid about this issue? What is the point of putting a person in prison for life without possibility of parole? I think Texas has it right and the only thing I could suggest is to speed up the process when there is no doubt about guilt. Possibly have a mulcher right outside the window of the court house and when they are found guilty, just throw them in!!!

  • @maconsumner

Why? Because the money to keep them alive for all this time comes from the Gubment, in this case the Obama Stash. THEY don't pay for it. Nope....it's the money pixies (mystical creatures which only leftists are able to see).

  • @ProfessorxVile Ahhhh yes, what a joy to not have to pay taxes or even be reasonably responsible for anything.

  • @ProfessorxVile You do realize that it costs more to keep a criminal on death row, right?

Also, you're a fucking moron. The majority of our tax dollars go to the military budget to support this war that you right-wing retards are so adamant about. And if you're really worried about hanging onto that extra few cents a year(you greedy asshole), then why don't you just have them feed the inmates cheaper food? Take away some of the things they have access to, but don't kill them! Jesus!

  • @ometta7

If prison overcrowding is an issue, lefties should be forced to shelter inmates in their houses, at their own expense. You care about them so much, you can be responsible for them. I wonder how long it would take before you start to see eliimantion as a reasonable option?

And we should feed the inmates other inmates. Disposes of the carcass, and provides fresh meat.

  • @ProfessorxVile If we want to stop prison overcrowding, we should just legalize drugs and keep the prisons reserved for actual violent offenders, rather than making criminals out of non-violent wasteoids who haven't done anything worse than polluting their own bodies.

And also, you really fucking sicken me. Why don't you just sign yourself up for the death penalty right now? You just suggested feeding people to each other as a cost-cutting measure. That's super villain-levels of evil, dude.

  • @ometta7

I don't think non-violent wastoids end up on Death Row. I agree that weed should be legalized though.

  • @ProfessorxVile They don't, but prison overcrowding results directly from drugs and prostitution being illegal. Criminal empires composed of violent murderers and other unsavory characters result from the black market that illegal drugs create. Legalize drugs and prostitution and let the non-violent people out. We keep the actual murderers and rapists locked away until we figure out how to fix their broken brains, and there's room to spare in case somebody else does something wrong. Nobody dies.

  • @maconsumner Because then that person has their entire life to prove whether or not they're innocent. Is that a good enough answer for you? Fuck the taxes, fuck the knee-jerk reactions and cries for revenge disguised as pleas for justice, and just remember this: The justice system isn't perfect. People make mistakes and sometimes innocent people are locked up. Would YOU like to be on death row for a crime you didn't commit?

  • @maconsumner Also, way to fucking bring up the whole "young people are confused" argument. If young people are so morally backwards, then how come WE'RE the ones who care enough about not letting an innocent man be wrongly executed that we'll eliminate the thought of killing them all "just to be sure"?

Also, a mulcher!? You make me fucking sick. If you really believe in the death penalty, then put yourself on death row, you sick bastard. You just talked about mutilating a human being to death.

  • @ometta7 Is Lawrence Brewer the “innocent man” you are talking about? No, he is not innocent. Mulcher? Another thing about you youngsters, when you develop your indignation act you have a tendency to not be able to see when something is ironic or presented with sarcasm. Of course I don’t want anyone thrown into a mulcher, except maybe you and your filthy mouth. Learn some manors.

  • @maconsumner Brewer might not be innocent, but just because he's guilty doesn't mean that everyone Texas has executed was guilty. You're still taking the risk of killing innocent people just to get rid of the guilty ones faster. And for what? Revenge and a mistaken impression that you'll save some money. Those are fucking evil motives, man. It really makes you sound no better than the murderer, even if the mulcher thing was a joke(and it clearly wasn't, you'd shove one in yourself if you could).

  • @ometta7 Suggestion, you should wait until you are a bit older and have some experience dealing with people before you vocalize your “opinions”. For clarity on my position, there is a man sitting on death row that killed my niece after raping and torturing her for several days. DNA identified him in that crime and two others he committed that were about the same. Do I want that bastard dead and would I do it myself? Resounding Yes!!!

  • @maconsumner You're letting your emotions cloud your judgement. You're out for blood, not justice. Why not just bomb the prison he's in? It'll save tax dollars, wouldn't it?

I'm sorry about your niece, but killing the man who(may have) done that to her isn't going to bring her back. It isn't going to fill the void in your heart and it isn't going to deter other sick fucks from doing the same thing. It's just going to end another life.

  • @ometta7 So the more correct option would be for him to sit in prison for the rest of his worthless life while we get to pay for it? There is no way on God’s green earth that anyone can say that this bastard doesn’t deserve to die for his crimes. I find it difficult to believe that you are taking up for him. You really have no experience in life at all do you? What's more, prisons all over the nation have death rows are crowded with people as bad or worse than him.

  • @maconsumner Prison overcrowding is another issue entirely that isn't related to the death penalty at all, so don't bring that up like it's a legitimate argument.

I would rather the man who killed your niece have to sit in a box and think for the rest of his life about what he did. Because then he has the opportunity to learn what he did wrong, maybe even torture himself over it. Maybe before he dies of old age we'll have figured out how to make him compensate you and society for his sins.

  • @ometta7 I get where you are coming from regarding sitting in a box the rest of his life, but unfortunately, that's not how it works in prison. There are a bunch of people there that actually enjoy it and prefer it to freedom, for reasons unknown to me. I do believe that their are just some bad seeds out there and there is but one way to deal with them and if it was done with a bit more purpose, people like this animal may not exist. Will it solve the problem?, likely not.

  • @maconsumner If people enjoy it then fine, keep them there. The point is to remove violent elements from society and keep normal people safe, maybe even to attempt rehabilitation while they're locked up. The point isn't to say "bad is bad" and just kill them. That's barbaric.

And killing them "with more purpose" won't deter murderers. There are three basic reasons why people murder, and even the most brutal and painful death penalty we can devise will not deter them.

  • @ometta7 Rehabilitation is a ridiculous term and even most cons will tell you that. Prison is there to not just separate these people from polite society but to punish for transgressions. I do not know your religious views, but hell is described as separation from God. Prisons are suppose to be the same principal, And no, I am not trying to have a religious conversation here but morality and that do seem to walk hand in hand. BTW, thankyou for curbing the language and keeping this civil.

  • @maconsumner Many religions also preach forgiveness. I'm not a religious person. Hell, I actively hate God and wish for humans to one day usurp him from his seat of power, but I still believe in forgiveness and at least trying to figure out how to fix rather than destroying because understanding things is too hard.

And though I may not be cursing, that does not mean I'm keeping this civil. In fact, you can tell when I'm being civil because I curse with more frequency when I'm relaxed.

  • @ometta7Well, at least I appreciate your tone...LOL. This is clearly a topic that we are not going to agree on and we are not going to change each others thought process. I will say that you seem to be fairly bright and passionate about your views and I do respect that. I pray that you never are touched by the actions of one of these monsters and that you live a long and prosperous life and are never afraid to exercise your 1st amendment freedoms. God Bless

  • @maconsumner Fuck. You sure know how to ruin a good argument. Very well, may God ignore(and therefore bless) you too.

  • @maconsumner Also, for clarity on my position: I come from a family of criminals. I've talked with murderers, drug dealers, and rapists. I can't see them as anything except people. They have loved ones, they have fears, and many of them regret what they have done. Every time I hear people cheering about a criminal being executed, I think of my little brother, and I try to imagine what will happen if he ever gets the lethal injection.

  • @maconsumner For further clarity on my position: I am a rational human being. I notice that our government isn't exactly to be trusted with killing a person just because they're likely to be guilty. I notice that killing a killer to show the other killers that killing is wrong won't work. It isn't a deterrent, it isn't economical, and it certainly isn't morally sound.

  • I love this guy. If I were about to be executed I'd probably do the same thing, just a nice little way of saying "fuck you" to the people about to kill me (regardless of whether I was guilty or not)

  • I'm just sorry this one guy was an asshole and maybe fucked it up for some other people, that although they might have done bad things, by the time they get to the chair, or the gas chamber, or the needle, they might have changed. I'm also sorry that the supposed "correctional" system no longer even bothers to correct people. At all, because most cons will eventually be released, and if they don't have options in the form of jobs, they'll go right back to crime.

  • There have been a lot of people shown to have been executed despite being innocent. Hell, there have been a lot of people shown to have been released after many years in jail despite being innocent. If you know what the Innocence Project is, then you know this. If you've ever had a cop try to coerce you at gunpoint to confess to something you didn't do, and told him to go fuck himself, you know this. I have known both of these things. Cops are dumbass, corrupt assholes. I fucking hate cops.

  • Chicken steak? Is this some horrible result of genetic engineering? Would I have a wing or an udder?

  • @soundslave It's just breaded steak prepared the same way you would prepare breaded fry chicken.

  • wow Texas... you guys just continue to get worse

  • will stupid ass politicians ever run out of dog whistles...? the world wonders.

  • if you get a reprieve you are gonna regret those fajitas. Greatest line ever

  • @Remus0387 Golly gee wonkers!

How right you are. That's it! Let the scent of their burning ashes remind others of their foul lives! I say it's well past the time for a return to the Salem witch trials and stake burnings.

  • A silly proposed bill, the last meal is a courtesy you bestow on people because were humane and not like those on death row, people need to stop this idea of being just as harsh as the killers, if someone wants a meal before they are executed give it to them within reason of course, this guy Brewer clearly must of known he couldn't eat that buffet when ordered it.

  • it cost more money to execute someone than its does to have them life in prison. it cost over 2 billions dollars a year depending on the state. And they should not speed of the process because cases like troy davis happens

  • @myself And that is why America is becoming the laughing stock off the rest of the world... Sad sad sad.

  • Who cares? He's about to get axed anyways (literally). I say don't feed him for 3 to 7 days, and don't give him anything to drink during his last 24 hours.

For one, it helps balance the budget by cutting wasteful spending, but also, just in case the poison wasn't strong enough to kill him, or the replacement anesthetic we used wasn't good enough, hunger will finish him off!

  • @marcatiede It doesn't say much about the criminal justice system if your worried the lethal injection isn't lethal enough, stone him with rocks and burn him eh.

  • Ridiculous sounding bill, but I'm honestly for it. I always wondered why they spent money on food before their death. Besides, after they die, don't they release their bowels? I would HATE to clean up that mess!

  • how come tyt has started to edit out the swearing?

  • The meal(s) didn't go to waste. I'm sure the damn guards and the chaplain started chowing down as soon as the guy was wheeled out of the execution chamber. TYT are right, you're already executing the guy, who the fuck cares if he wants a triple burrito supreme double cheeseburger with side order of live basking shark (and then decides not to eat it)?? I keep underestimating Texans; they just keep sinking lower and lower. Despicable.

  • Why waste peoples time with drafting & getting a law signed instead of just using common sense. There was no way for him to eat all of that food in the 1st place. Texas officials are pretty stupid if they didn't notice that.

  • @TheTruthNJ09 "Texas officials are pretty stupid if they didn't notice that."

Nevermind the 'officials', I think it'd be fair to say that most Texans seem pretty stupid, full-stop.

  • This guy just screwed everyone else on death row. Way to go.... guy.

  • Yes, it is a ridiculous law to pass, but I completely agree with its substance. A guilty murderer doesn't deserve anymore joy or self-indulgence in their pathetic life.

  • I would have a bowl of cerel because you could keep adding milk and cheerios so it never ends.

  • I have a problem when little sensitive-frail Senators get in touch with their "emotions" and start presiding " New Laws"..,

  • why not send me the meal? I am poor and can't afford it and I didn't commit any crimes............ =(

  • Sounds like he wanted to die from a heart attack!

  • Why would the senator be so angry?

He still got to kill the guy.

Seems to me the law won. Stop being a sore winner.

  • Haha the comments.

  • This is a priority in Texas?

  • i love how Ben just stated Anna never had chicken friend steak...

    ... and was right

  • They're about to kill him, give him a $50 meal

  • It's fucking retarded that they can spend hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars to put people on death row and keep them there for decades but they are too cheap to cough up 100-200$ before killing them.

Fuck those rich sons of bitches...

Seriously, you are going to kill the fucking guy, just give him the mountain of food he requested and shut the fuck up, whether he eats it or not is not the fucking issue.

  • Maybe it's general practice to share the meal with other guys on the mile?

  • Just do it this way.Start bringing him the food a portion at a time and when he stops eating, stop cooking.Simple enough.

  • For fuck sakes, just specify a budget. "Alright, your meal cannot be more than $50." Is that so hard?

  • It was his LAST meal of his LIFE...it's bad enough you're sanctioning a state execution but you're that callous to deny him that magnanimity? It's not a matter of privilage or right; it's just a gesture of good-will during the inmate's last day on earth.

  • @hotjun but he didn't eat it from the sound of things he didn't eat any of it

  • @BushidoBrownSama So what does that have to do with it? There's obviously a budget into running the prison where he is incarcerated, why wouldn't there be any provision in that budget for those on the execution line? Besides, how would you react if the principal disposed cafeterias at a public school because one kid refused to eat his lunch?

  • As someone with lactose intolerance I would order as much dairy as possible in order to take the nastiest death dump EVER.

  • He didn't eat it all? I'm so shocked!

  • I would eat food that would cause cancer

  • @TYT, Thumb-up for not censoring Ben's comment.

  • when you die, you void your bowels.

  • If restaurants got death row inmates to write up their menus they'd make a hell of a lot more money.

  • i think the main thing here is reason you can provide a death row inmate a special last meal within reason

  • @Foreverclever87 i think they forgot to bleep it out lol. but i do hope they stop bleeping them. it is childish.

  • the un eatin food should go to the people commiting the executions too. to help ease there consions. but 3 things should be the limit.

  • I would be pissed to,having a guy dick me around like that, but I would get over it,pretty quickly.

These people are dying anyways, just give them one last meal to fucking enjoy before you kill them.

  • So if I kill somebody, but I give them a last meal, does that mean that I can haz a last cheeseburger too? I mean really that's the guy's big argument is that the victim didn't get it?

Not like it really matters though, I'm not really sure why we give people a last meal anyway. I guess to be somewhat humane? Who knows.

  • ehhh I'm really getting tired of TYT report this sort of shit from inbred texan hillbillies.. its just pissing me off now

  • We've come to expect this sort of thing from you Texas.

  • Yea maybe a little pussy would taste good. Just sayin

  • My last meal would be Two Large orders of Wendy's Fries, 1 Large Wendy's Chili, Two orders of Wendy's spicy nuggets, 2 Double stacks and I would wash it all down with 2 large Sprites.

    Nothing beats Wendy's.

  • btw, with all due respect, Mr Whitmire, you are a complete moron and even senator position does not secure you from being a total dysfunctional imbecile.

  • I don't think he didn't decide do not eat it, he probably just could not do it. I'd do the same, thinking how much I would enjoy the las meal in my life, but that though that I would be executed while this food still be digested by my healthy and strong body be so revolting that I could not eat either. By the way, why do you even have this barbaric atrocities, what are you, Chinese? Fucking public executioners. By the way, even some muslims, whom you suspect dangerous, stopped this shit.

  • For my last meal, I want six spring rolls and six bowls of egg drop soup

  • Ben is not accustomed to searing

  • Oh come on, he was obviously fucking with them. He never intended to eat those things, he just wanted to annoy them.

  • for my last meal i want a big fat blunt

  • @tippnow i want to eat pussy

  • @b0urn3slim See now THIS is why they want to take away the last meal!

  • Man if i was on death row i will have shrimp alfrado, garlic bread, lasagna and a casear salad with a muiti flavored iced beverage. Hey now that i think about it death row sounds nice... like a hot day with seventeen sexy models giving lap dances and massages. Dam I would like to grow up and bee rich so i can live life lavish. :)

  • Ana totally digs the new guy. haha

  • @ScoKimber I really don't blame her... I used to love this show... now I am majorly distracted by his hotness.

TYT: Please don't employ such outrageously good-looking males. It's not fair. You are liberal - you should be encouraging us women to take an interest in politics - not distracting us with this....

  • @Foreverclever87

    They have never beeped swears....

  • @oolong2 yes they have, check some of the videos from last week.

  • @Foreverclever87 Ugh, that's awful. One of my worries about TYT trying to reach the "mainstream" is that they'll have to constantly self-censor and not broach some topics (Israel for example).

  • I'm sure that food didn't go to waste as I'm sure there are quite a few people in the prison that would be more than happy to eat it, the prison staff for a start.

  • ... I think it would have been a better story if he did eat it all... just think of the comments...

Ex1: man that guy was such a stoner he must've got some good shit from an inside dealer man.

Ex2: what a fat ass I mean he ate upwards of 5-6 meals as 1 man!!!

Ex3: man vs food... death row edition...

  • @Foreverclever87 When have they ever done that? I've been a viewer for years and I don't remember any bleeping.

  • I love how this asshole ruined it for everyone.

  • I would eat, vomit, eat, vomit and eat again :)

    You can eat three meals

  • If I were the guard, I'd be so happy the inmate turned it down. It's gotta be better than whatever is in the vending machine. haha

  • me at 1:08: HOLY SHIT! That is David Pakman! Nice one! TYT and (formerly) MidweekPolitics together! *jizzed in my pants face* :D

  • that man who had the last meal was a fucking prick

  • Why would you order him that much food when you know he is not going to eat it all?

  • @xavi0826 Because by law they have to fuffil almost any order he asks for(I assume he cant ask for a 1000 dollar meal or a food thats like fried dog or anything), thats why they are trying to put in this bill.

  • Next up in the far-right segregationist Dark Age south states:

    .

No trial for future death row inmates. Just take them out in the forest, make them dig their own graves and spray them from a MG nest.

  • the bullsh*t of texas continues. i'm so glad i'm not tied down 2 there

  • I would eat that food in the inmate face

  • @Foreverclever87 agreed.

  • Can you request how the meal is prepared? If so, I know what my last meal would be. Tom Hardy's semen.

  • I actually agree with the senator. He killed a man in a state that is internationally renowned for its death penalty. Why should he get to choose what and how much food he can eat when he was evil enough for killing a man and stupid enough to do it in Texas?

  • @cheshirecat1212 But he's going to die anyways. Let a person at least enjoy something before his death. I think it's inhumane to not have those last meals.

  • Just set a 50 dollar limit or something

  • Dick Gregory cared. He was in Texas protesting the execution.

  • David Pakman? How did you know I love David Pakman?

  • You douchebags on death row want a last meal?...peanut butter and jelly, motherfuckers....and 1/2 a cup of water.

It's death row, it's not a fucking all you can eat buffet.......douchebags.

  • I dont see why they should be mad if he didn't want the food the officers there could've ate the food since it did sound pretty good.

  • Maybe he was hoping the guards would say,

`well you ordered this food and we are going to stay at the table until you finish it`!

  • So, why was the tradition of a last meal started ? Maybe because it makes things easier for the people who have to do the nasty deed of killing him. (Well they do not have to, they choose to do the job).

  • This is just my opinion, but I think he did it to make a statement. He got this grand meal of everything he could think of and didn't eat it to make a statement. That's how I see it, and it's what I would've done.

  • wtf who can eat all that in one sitting? I think the dude was literally trying to eat himself to death to avoid the needle. I guess i'd go out like that too. But that shit he ordered sounds nasty lol.

  • typical, one guy screwing it for the rest of us!

  • P.S. Its actually cheaper to keep someone in prison for life then it is to execute them for murder.

But complain about the cost of a last meal, fucking ridiculous....

  • @grendelee how?

  • @grendelee Could you please explain how it is cheaper? The injection can't be THAT expensive...

  • @MisledTrick It costs more because if you're going to kill a person, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE THAT THAT PERSON DID IT. Once you kill him, it's done. Any evidence exonerating him will be useless because you can't bring back a person from the dead. So capital punishment costs more because the trials become more intensive and long. Executing people isn't expensive, but you have to be sure that they committed the crime you're accusing them of Otherwise, it'd be a tyrannical dictatorship.

  • If I Had My Last Meal, It Would Be

    1. Chinese Food From China

    2. Pizza Made In iTaly

    3. A 100 Burgers Made By "SpongeBob SquarePants"

    4. Wine Made From The Actual "Jesus Christ Blood" ( So I Thirst No More)

    5. Unlimited Refills Of 100 Different Drinks

    6. And..... WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeDDDDDDDDDD.

  • You know what other places have? 50 dollar limit. Thats all you have to do I think they LET this guy order all that food, just so they can say "see? Now that youre angry, were not going to let ANY inmates have last meals!"

They do this kinda thing all the time.

This is supposed to be something we HAVE to do, because you tell us its to keep society together. Its not supposed to be some revenge fantasy. As soon as you admit that it is, death penalty should be OVER. What next, no priest allowed?

  • call me crazy but i think the execution thing is the really crime here

  • i would insist on eating some pussy for my last meal.

  • Don't fuck up and stay the fuck away from Texas......Piece of shit state anyways.

  • @bigcomcast followed closely by Illinois.

  • @Foreverclever87 yeah that was BULLSHIT. (not bullsh*bleep*t)

  • If I was on death row I'd order up a plate of justice!

  • I would order 2 tabs of MDMA, 15 grams of uncut cocaine and 5 grams of uncut heroin for my last meal.

  • Only in Texas would they make murder even more evil.

  • If i was on death row, I would order a McRib and a shamrock shake

  • So then the guards eat it instead. Why is the governor so enraged that one guy didn't clean his plate?

  • There shouldn't be last meals because there shouldn't be a death penalty.

  • @Spherical3

What is your argument against killing a man that is 100% guilty of murder beyond any shadow of a doubt?

  • @BenjiREC "Are you going to reply again and see how many insults you can fit in a paragraph? GET A LIFE!"---hypocrisy at its finest. Not only was my only insult calling you a dumbass, you are the one making all the insulting remarks. And I explained why ethics wants them to have a last meal; in plain English. This argument is pretty pathetic. I already answered that statement, and you being unable to accept that you are wrong yields you telling me to get a life, though you know nothing about me.

  • The cost for these insane meals is a great *screw you* to the State....TAXPAYERS....from these criminals.

  • The guy committed a hate crime. James Bird was chained to a car dragged to his death.

  • That inmate had pretty good food choices

  • Why is nobody asking why the jail this guy was at was stupid enough to give him all this food when then knew he wouldn't eat it?

  • Comment removed

  • That's cold!

  • FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK HELLOW TYT STOP WITH THE "I'm trying nOT to swear" and JUST DO IT!
