@JoeSomebody2 Well you don't have to know your shakespeare to see the funny side of this I hope. There is quite a lot of Shakespeare on You Tube if you look.
A few days after my production of Taming of the Shrew ended, I was trying to figure out why the room was cold. I noticed the open door and said, "Ay, there's the villainy." I didn't realise until after I'd said it that it was not a modern English phrase.
I hear your Shakespeare and raise you this: Alas, I have studied philosophy, / the law as well as medicine, / and to my sorrow, theology; / studied them well with ardent zeal, / yet here I am, a wretched fool, / no wiser than I was before.
@scratchingcat Because you already knew it all? Truly you have gained your experience and have not the melancholy of all these things instead its lead you to where you wish to be more or less.
@ginnyisdacoolest Blank verse shall ever be a language of passion for me. And I am much bless't to have friends such as yourself who'd understand what the hell I'm talking about.
The only Shakespeare I read was a probably super condensed Romeo & Juliet. It's obvious I need me some culture in this life. ;)
