Ha, ha, no mystery - that's Basil E and his wife (oops, its no longer a mystery). Great playing as always. Great stretching out on "Beach at Waikiki," wow, can't wait to get to that level. Thanks! Johnny Pal
Ha, ha, that player is no mystery - that's Basil E and his wife (oops, its no longer a mystery). Great playing as always YOU TWO. Very nice stretching out on "Beach at Waikiki" - took it to a new level + key change. Wow, can't wait to get to that level. Thanks! Johnny Pal
It's a shame that some people will actually
believe this is real Hawaiian music. This is a
prime example of Hollywood fooling the general
public.You're good at what you do,but you're
promoting a Foreigners perception of the true
sound of Hawaiian music.Go listen to Gabby,
Eddie Kamae,Sunday Manoa,Genoa Keawe,Nathan
Aweau Moe Keale the list goes on & on..these
are the people that the rest of the world needs to identify with true Hawaiian music.
Not the bogus Hollywood version

The quality of the musicians hardly outweights the lo-fi sound quality. Nevertheless: I'm sticking with this clip.
Virtuosity has catched me.
