  • Very creative they should give you a job and pay you to make commercials for them. The music was about a 5 out of a 10 though. But the video was a perfect score it made me want to go out and buy one just to use it for this purpose. Well done I`m not someone that swayed easy.

  • @steve73011 Haha I can live with that. I guess we have different taste in music! I created another video with tilt-shift photography using the arc. Maybe you'll like that music better. You can find the link under the details of this video :)

  • Sweet! Also what is the music's name? I like it!

  • @zeron82411 Hey, sorry I actually forgot the title for this. Got it off stockmusic net may need to check my old files tonight to see what it was.

  • Horrible music

  • I like how you said we needed to convince security that we weren't going to jump

  • @acashmony87 Cheers man. Life's only worth living if there's fun/humor involved! :)

  • Awesome work man, I its nice to see the change that otherwise the human eye would miss, did you manually take all the photos? Or does the app automatically take them for you? If it's the first, how do you have the patience?!

  • @YellowMedia Sorry I missed this previously. It's automatic with the app. Just set the time delay and it does the rest :)

  • hey, what timing setting did you use on vignette?

  • @TheOneTheyCallKiko Hi hi, it should be 15 sec intervals - it's been so long I can't rem!

  • @calvinified Sorry to be a pain, its just that I forgot to ask this before.

What program did you use to put together all the photographs in a video.

  • Singapore?

  • Hey guys,

Sorry for the long wait. I went on my dive trip and well everything comes secondary to my time underwater :) Anyways, I've uploaded my second clip - but because I can't post a link here you'll have to look at the other video I've posted up.

    Hope you like it, too!

P.S. If I can find some free and easy to use video editing tool, I'll try to put up a short clip of the dolphins I ran into while on my dive trip!

  • And awesome video man! Keep up the good work

  • Which city is this?

  • @srivasvivaz Singapore... I just realised it..

  • really good!! creative! keep up the good job friend!!

  • HI,creative, beautiful AND well done. good job friend.

  • Great use of the app! Very inspiring, I didn't know I had this setting on vignette, I was using g dedicated apps for time lapse but now I'll try vignette and upload a video soon. Out of interest what seconds did you use it on 15 per second etc.

  • Hi guys, thanks for checking back. Working on the finishing touches to the next clip - hopefully out by end of this week!

  • My question is..?how you take the picture continuously..?use application or do it by manual..?

  • @deassasin1 I also want to know this!

  • @kohmid84 I've replied to @deassasin1 The app Vignette does it automatically - just set the time delay between snaps and it'll handle the rest - processing and all.

  • @kohmid84 @deassasin1 Hey both, sorry for the late reply... I replied earlier in the thread... the application does it automatically for you - you just need to set the time delay :)

  • @deassasin1 Hi hi, Vignette does it automatically - just set the time delay between snaps and it'll handle the rest - processing and all. Depending on how long the clip is (hours really) it can take a while to process all those images (i.e. the phone can get warm).

  • Fellow Singaporean!

Nice Video, I wanted that phone.

  • What building is it you see in the park-clip, the one with the three buildings with something looking like a ship on top? Looks weird!

  • Comment removed

  • @jlarsson1978 @jlarsson1978 that is Marina Bay Sands in Singapore . google it to look for the hotel website

  • Which city ???

  • @agoago999 Singapore

  • Thanks for all the kind comments guys. Sorry I haven't replied to all... working on a new project with the arc hee hee. Will share more soon!

  • @calvinified Wonderful just wonderful! You my friend are an artist! And I mean it :)

I hope you enjoy your phone to the fullest, it is indeed the best S/E phone till date! And yes I'll pick it over an iphone or samsung Galaxy any day.

  • woow , very nice video, it looks like a profesional camera,, and from a professional photographer . lots of work, welll done

  • woow , very nice video, it looks like a profesional camera,, and from a professional photographer . lots of work, weel done

  • Pretty awesome effort..

  • cool !!

i wonder how neo will working like this or more?

    *still waiting

  • hi calvin may i know how much you you bought da phone?

  • Very well done. Very creative! Keep it up! Looking forward to ur nx product!

Btw... which of the three telcos did u get the arc from? =)

  • @KitMobileReviews I actually got this from a contact at Sony Ericsson :) But I'm on Singtel if it makes a difference?

  • This one video has sold me on the phone, I love video/photography/YouTube on a phone, and of course making a call and SMS.. This phone is awesome.. What Class is the SD card SE gives you with the phone? Class 4 / 6 / 10?

  • @XXB4XX I'm not sure how to tell? It just says 8GB on the card - Micro SD HC - there's a number 2 there somewhere is that it?

  • Cool idea! What software did you use to put together the single pictures into a video?

  • Btw what was the sd card u got? 8,16?

  • @MrD32ify The one I have has only 8GB. That 16GB option may be worth it for storing videos and photos - the screen on the arc is really something else... the clip looks so much better on the screen than it does on the PC ><

  • @calvinified wow i really can't wait for the phone :) btw there arent any lags ? like the prototype? and where did u buy it?

  • @MrD32ify No there isn't any lag on my set at all - very sprightly :)

  • Thats still alot of noise during the night shots dispite having the xmor R backlit sensor. Though i guess being able to meet that quality is preety commendable for a camera phone.

  • @Nanozander I know what you mean, I just look at this as a camera phone that works as well as the simple standalone digicams. Oh, the actual stills were actually a bit better but the video compression made it slightly worse.

  • That was amazing :D i will buy this phone for sure :D

  • @MrD32ify I'm sure you like it. A couple of my friends are really interested to get it after they had a go on the set I had :)

  • Great video.

  • really impressive, perfectly done - what about battery life when you were taking pictures?

  • @xxxstalkerx Really good! The app basically keeps the phone and the camera function running non-stop. With like 3-4 hrs of the app usage I'm still above the 50% mark according to the battery bar at the top - I didn't check to see the actual amount left :(

I haven't been worried about the phone running out of batt. Pretty sure I can use it for about 2 days with low usage if that helps?

  • nice job .. but the xperia arc not on shelf for Singapore yet, is it? maybe soon ? can't wait to get the phone !

  • @higherflyer2008 The ads and promos were out today :)

  • verry goood. bravo

  • @justin39zg Thank you!

  • OK, that was fun -- and I like your Velvia setting. The scene at the beginning -- were you panning the camera or was that done in post ?

  • @88edwardo Glad you liked it! The phone was panned. Used blu-tac on a tripod and rotated.
