I am starting my collection so I have to be conscious of cost to make sure one hijab scarf purchase can do double duty on a few clothing styles. I wish it was chilly here in my place ;)...I prefer wearing flats instead of heels with the Ali baba pants to balance out the volume from the pants. Am wondering are you tall because I feel a bit dwarfed by all the fabric whilst being only 5 feet tall metric. Which scarves in stock have the least fabric? Thank you.

Try to take an Omega-3 fish oil. the (Omega RX) is the best fish oil out there, Omega 3 stops inflammation which helps many diseases and helps with weight. the oils I listed contain Omega-3 oils. for dinner try to eat something very light, try to avoid rice at night. @112angelsss have nuts, fruits, vegetables with some kind of sauce, you can make fruit salad and add low fat ice cream or make your own whippig cream so you can adjust the sweetness. you can have dates or honey nut bars for sweets and etc... as long as you try to avoid refines sugars (white sugar) and refined products and fast food and processed food you will be on the right track. try to avoid foods with Trans fats and any oil which is Hydrogenated. use olive oils, canola oils, peanut oils...

Try to take multivitamins as well. for lunch try to have larger portions of fruits and vegetables and smaller portion of protein (poultry, red meat, fish) ofcourse fish is preferred, red meat is better to avoid. include lots of dark greens. always try to eat JUST ENOUGH, never stuff yourself and dont starve yourself, eat just right so you can snack in between break fast, lunch and dinner. for snacks you can
