  • Cool Fuzz really, but non exactly cheap...

  • great tone/playing/guitar!

but how is the sustain on that 108? can it drag out notes like a muff?

  • @CaptainErn Yes, it has amazing sustain, especially at higher levels.

  • I have a BC108 Sunface and it's awesome, nails early 70's era Gilmour. Sounds fantastic there, well done!!

  • just curious, why did you choose the bc108 as opposed to the germanium or the nkt ones?

  • I actually had the germanium version and did not like it at all. It had a very "muddy" sound to it and hardly any fuzz. I took a chance on ordering the BC-108 and it was the perfect sound. It has tons of fuzz available, and a much brighter sound. The two transistors are completely different sounding in the two models. I think if someone wanted a lighter, blues type sound, the nkt would be good, but for those who want to rock out...the BC-108 is the way to go!

  • Strat forever and ever....and ever..
