Nanne Sangak is the best bread by far. But as baking Sangak bread needs large ovens with lots of shingles (small round stones) it is more expensive to bake.

Excellent mini doco, mate. That bread look delicious. I wish I had a grasp of the language so I could learn a little bit more about the bread.

I have one question though. Was the baker using a gas flame for his oven? It looked like it from the film. It looked like he could move the flame around the oven. Very cool.
