@DaftFireflies Sure you will If you have a tuner or u can match sounds with ur ears you'll be fine. :)

@DaftFireflies yeah positive dude. there are certain tunings like ALL D that can be a strain and sometimes strings pop/break, but drop D your tuning DOWN so you have no risk of that. and its only 1 string (the low E string) its pretty basic.

yeah that hurting happens. but your fingers will strengthen and it wont hurt as much. dont OVER do it though. otherwise they wont heal/callis up.

this is to drop B. im sure you can maybe find a tutorial to play in drop B, i dont know anyone who plays in B, but whatever hehe.

as for not pressing other strings you need to arch your fingers more so they arent laying flat. more like coming in for a precise shot. it was hard for me at first and i thought 'my fingers are too fat' and seen guys playing with like big fat fingers doing it so that wasnt the case.

on this method (drop d) you can strum all 5. just make sure that 1 finger is pushing down all strings on the fret - if you hear like muffledness. that means you arent pushing down hard enough

i have a tendancy of only strumming the main ones im trying to play. with this method you can strum the whole thing. i just get lazy and dont push the WHOLE fret down a lot and just focus on the main chord.

you can always get an auto tuner at a music store/online if u cant hear it very well.... thet uning should sound the same if its electric or guitar.

you are only tuning 1 string to make it even EASIER to play this is actually the easiest method EVER you just tune it this way and have to just use your one finger to play the chords. but thank you very much :)

I guess this is is funny what I said before. I.e, You still have a good singing voice even though you play after you wake up. I meant right after you wake up your voice still sounds good. For all I know you sing while you sleep. That is how good you sound.
