I think by now you must be knowing in detail about the tribe of Uraina who came to Prophet, accepted Islam, were sick, and got the medications from Prophet's companions, then they lived with them eating and drinking their food to become healthy and strong.

Then they killed the shepherds in charge of camels and drove those camels away.

This is because of double treason .

Most of slaves were the captives of war who are freed and allowed to mix in muslim society when they accept Islam. So when he runs away, he runs to give military information to the enemies of islam and this is very clear when he renounces Islam too.

The Prophet was a stateman too and he had to deal with fiercest of enemies at times.

This is a verse which is describing the general course of people's behaviour so that they become inevitably DESERVING of punishment.

This is a warning for general mass to stay within limits even when we are given good things of life .

Prosperity brings disobedience to God.

It is a very difficult offence to prove, as shown at 4:33 because you have to prove those aspects, hostility and the deliberateness of the hostility to get the offence proven before the court.
