Overall, their service is really slow. And they should concentrate on fixing buggy features, instead of adding new ones.

Second Life is very different to IMVU, basically a client should be learned all over again and compare it to IMVU after the learning process, not while it's still on, because otherwise you'll get confused. I find it funny how some people say "this sucks" without explaining, why. It makes me think if they even ever tried it. It's not credible.

Also, IMVU doesn't care of it's customers too much. You have to file a help ticket to contact the staff, and you might have to wait the answer for months.
