What's the real issue? We are over there bombing and killing their people, just as though we had some right to do so. But we don't. I like how SUSPECTED terrorists are more of a threat than convicted murderers, rapists, arsonists, whatever that we have insulated in our communities in the form of the prison system. The 'Argument from 9/11' also really pisses me off too. It's worse than most Appeals to Authority because it works on fear and guilt. 'agree with me or you dishonor their memory'. If these terrorists are more dangerous than the japanese in WW2, Shouldn't these guys be living in bomb shelters? The Japanese, with a single attack, wiped out basically the entire pacific fleet. Had they not pulled back, Japan would have attacked the west coast of the U.S. and started a fight on the Americans' own soil.

Sorry, but the biggest threat the U.S. has ever faced is itself and it's HUGE ego.
