You are supposed to mix the cheese in the potatoes while hot and all seasonings.....makes life easier.....thanks for the video great idea with the wrappers
I love this video. I'm going to try the wonton wrappers. I'm always looking for shortcuts and this is a good one. Heather, keep doing what you're doing. There are many unhappy people out there who feel their opinion matters! I hope you laugh at the negatives, because I sure did!
How about renaming your video to quick and easy pierogies? These are not Perfect pierogies because this is not the perfect example of how it should be done. Its okay for making dinner for yourself but this isnt what I would serve on christmas.
One, wayyyyy too much makeup. 2, those arent perogies, still wontons. 3, get the right dough or just buy the package of the goya dough. 4, its wonton wrappers so they dont cook like tht. 5, dont need tht much butter if u had the right thing. 6, tht is how u roll a wonton not a perogie. 7, they dont pop out tht easily... Not with the right wrapper they dont. 8, if u had the real dough, just take the cirvle and seal the edges. 9, at least make them circles, squares are the complete opposite of a
Your microwave is filthy, your cooker is filthy, you can NOT season POLISH pierogi with CAJUN seasoning, make them with CHINESE pastry or FAKE mashed potatoes.
You completely annihilated them, and brought shame to REAL POLISH PIEROGI.
I think the pierogie filling would have been much nicer if you had placed the shredded cheese in the potato flake filling. This way the cheese is blended in with the potato mixture. Otherwise, I think you came up with a very original way of making pierogies! Very nice!!! I bet they tasted very good.
Thanks Heather, i always pinch a few at my local Polish club ( White Eagle House)in Geelong Australia they Make a mince meat one. Bit like a Dim Sim.Mince meat and Cabbage with a little bit of Something else .Not Cat lol
@kkosniowski Carmalized onions are better, and I always make perogies with kielbasa. Once the kielbasa is finished cooking, I fry up the perogies in the same pan with the left over sausage grease. It's AWESOME (and it'll also give you like five heart attacks, but it's worth it)! Just a few minutes on each side to brown them up a bit.
Kiko I think how you would spell it is so cute lol he/she reminds me of my kitty Addison same colors and everything, This is great never thought it would be so easy to make em X3

These are rubbish pierogi - you should make proper mashed potatoes with some cheese - put it inside the dough and boil - eat with fried onions!!!

Yeah, It's a boy coz it's spelled Kiko. If it was a girl I would have named her Kyko or kie(ei)ko. But KIKO sounded like a boy to me.
