Comments 1-3 and 7-8 are eliminated by following my recommendations of natural / organic meat. These are not issues with the meat itself, but the harmful additives. Items 4-5 are totally invalid. Cooking meat is not harmful as decade-after-decade of healthy meat eaters proves. Item 5 is ridiculous; lots of iron from animal-based protein is required for oxygen transfer.
#6 Google "CDC iron loading and disease surveillance". There is a big difference between iron fortified processed food/heme iron from red meat. Both of which overloads the iron witholding system and supports tumor/pathogen growth. Books 2 inches thick are written about this subject alone. You can never overload on iron rich fruits/veg. as your body cleaves off only the iron it needs.
#4/5. Google" Waisays". 140 scientific references to heat transforming fats and protein into carcinogens.
Men over 40 should donate blood regularly through phlebotomy to unload free-unbound iron as it accumulates and overloads the body's defensive iron witholding system. Avoid processed iron fortified "foods" and free heme iron in red meat. I have pulled a full gram of steal iron out of a box of cereal using a certain method. Far beyond what was printed on the box.
Iron (any mineral) tied to a phytate is not bio-available (usable). A cow with 4 stomachs can process fiber but a human cant. We eat an animals meat so we get the iron and other minerals in bio-available form (tied to amino acid). Thats why fiber is not food for a human and Textbook of Medical Physiology clearly states this little-known fact. Any mineral tied to fiber (phytate) is not usable to a human being (Textbook of Medical Physiology, Albion Laboratory Research Notes, etc.)
They can say whatever they want in vitro (outside the body) regarding non-human species. In vivo (inside the body is a completely different story, and harmless. Hence, meat eaters on the farm lived very long lives pre-1970.
The human alimentary canal is LONG like primates we share 99% of our genes with NOT short like a dog, tiger, wolf. The digestive enzyme makeup is entirely different. You are not designed to run after, tackle and kill and tear open an animal. Your body is not designed for it. Ive been a fruitarian, vegetarian, sproutarian, nut and seed eater for years like many others who dont eat meat. Im a muscular 180 lbs.
Cooking meat changes protiens and fats into carcinogens. Eskimos eat mostly raw.
I think it should be pretty clear when you take a second to ponder our ancestors and their diet. We evolved over as an omnivorous hunter-gatherer species. Prehistoric man did not have agriculture until some 6000 years ago. With this undeniable truth you can easily surmise that we are designed to catch or pick our optimum diet. Thanks Professor, you are doing humanity a great service.
this is the exact point i try to convey when people give me grief about not eating carbs. All these things this guy is saying has always been common sense to me.
Man's teeth are not shaped like Herbivores either, actually, they are shaped like Omnivores, meant to eat meat and vegetable foods. It's the pancreas that's the real issue. 1% of the Pancreas is designed to handle carbohydrate foods, while 99% is designed to handle protein and fats. Hence the huge epidemic of obesity and diabetes from bad dietary advice for decades.
When is the western world gonna wake up to this truth ??? This guy sounds just as pissed as me about the "low fat" and must eat plenty of carb BS! Our supermarkets are like candy stores in every food isle. Carbs have long shelflife , easy to store and are pushed by food industry and governments to boost profits and tax revenue. And just like tobbaco and alchohol... OUR health is AGAIN not a high priority.
Whats wrong with eating meat?
1. Synthetic Hormones of many types that are unchanged by heat and act as viable chemical messengers on our bodies.
2. Slaughtered diseased ex-dairy cattle.
3. Prions from forced cannabalism of cattle feed.
4. Distorted, denatured protiens damaged by broiling, baking.
5. Heterocyclic amines from seared flesh and fats.
6. Heme iron. You overload your iron witholding system.
7. Diseased, tumored factory animals.
8. Karmic imprint of cruelty on the animal.

You are a goose.
No population on earth has ever (of their own free will) lived on an entirely vegetarian diet. Nutrition & physical degeneration, Weston. A. Price
Also explain the Masai tribe from africa, and the eskimoes 90+% animal products

My question is: If man is design to eat meat, why is man teeth not shape like meat eating animal?. I still support your statement.
