  • You Sir, are a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

  • glad you didnt get hurt. Hope your still doing the aerial pictures.

  • Looks like secondary failer

  • During the descent when the image of the bird was lost I was heartened to hear the rotor RPM's remaining steady. It meant the pilot was pushing the nose down to maintain rotation and forward air speed. Good job.

  • Funny, are you a photographer? You have the most unsteady hand I have ever seen!

  • @revorocks123 And you have the most unsteady brain function I have ever seen. They were 1000 feet above the ground in a vehicle that was no longer air-worthy. He recognized that and was no longer concerned with pretty pictures... you fool.

  • sounded to me like a drive belt came loose that engine sounded like a motorcycle.

  • i could be wrong though did they find out why the engine failed?

  • Completely useless!

  • @hkostal Aw, c'mon HK. You're being too hard on yourself. You're not completely useless... just mostly.

  • haha tha guy on tha phone was like "Were On Tha Ninth Hole!!!"

  • Auto rotate for the save!

  • poor rotorway

  • It's a camera, not a garden hose.

  • @bladder1010 Funny... but insensitive! You may stay.

  • the guy on the fone is like....dude.....i crashed your chopper....shit

  • glad to see you made it down ok. how high up were you when it started acting up?

  • At least you got Marti Skold from Channel 4 on there......So very hot....So very delicious!! Glad you weren't hurt too bad.

  • "The Helicopter flew 30 minutes later after Minor repairs"

  • sounds like a drivetrain failure to me, due to the increase in engine rpm and the decrease in rotor rpm...

    :13 ist's flap flap flap

    :30 voom voom voom

:57 "mushrooms...pepperoni, (inaudible) and a big bottle Coke."

  • Maybe it needs a repower with an engine bigger than a weedeater...

  • Tell Muhammad Ali to give your camera back.

  • Tas a home built!

  • photographer best give up your day job

  • Pretty poor cameraman, he'd not be a first choice for the wedding photos.

  • that a R22?

  • i wouldnt ride in that piece of shit even if the flight was free

  • I hate when I'm trying to play golf and a helicopter crash lands

  • is the camera man Drunk or what!

  • fiaehjfoejfoeaifjkealsjfk efiojeoifjefoiea

---that's me having a seizure from the video.

  • @bobmarleydied9 Points for creativity. You may stay.

  • wow, fucking fail camera man :P

  • @ChriisoX shut up, Chris or it's off to bed without Warcraft!

  • @ChriisoX i agree!!

  • @ChriisoX Enough with the potty mouth... dick.

  • That was some damn good flying. To set down, flip over and still walk away. Let us point out that he did manage to not hit any of the houses while falling out of the sky. He also missed any golfers. I know if my engine quit I'd say screw the camera.

  • Something is seriously out of balance on that chopper!!!

  • I think shooting a video is the last thing on my mind ,When suckin on seat coushin.

  • u know hitler had a helicopter once and he didnt crash it . but he did throw it in an oven

  • @diecasterofthespirit A half baked statement if you ask me...

  • Get out of the CHOPPA!

  • Cameraman have Parkinson

  • Camera man must have Palsey

  • @JimiKiwi ... and you must have Doucheitis.

  • @bradjmorris I meant no offense. I apologize if my making light of the circumstance oupset you.

  • @JimiKiwi ... perhaps, Mr. Kiwi, I was being over-sensitive. Let's make up.

  • @bradjmorris Cheers

  • @bradjmorris good stuff fellas, now c'mon, let's go grab a milkshake.

  • @JimiKiwi I would like to stab you in the throat.

  • Guess you can make that chopper into beer cans.

  • For gods sake guys listen to BradJMorris. We all know it wasn't the best camera work but WTF it wasn't supposed to be! The cameraman was not trying to shoot anything when the helicopter started to go down; his camera just happened to be on while he was holding on for his life. God I'd like to see any of you do better.....

  • Continued : You lot keep in mind that being in a helicopter that's falling to earth is a terrifying experience because what's going through whoever's on board mind is will they "live or die?" Filming is the last thing anyone would wanna do under these circumstances as they'd be more concerned about the upcoming collision; so think of that the next time you criticise something.....

  • exec 90?

  • exec 90?

  • Im a random camera man *SHAKY SHAKY SHAKY*

  • Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.

  • @Spocket ...been listening to some pilots I see...thats what Continental Pilots used to say...now every pilot says it...and I'm inclined to agree.

  • 0:48 is that guy....crying?

  • @zakspureshotgun i would be thats 100000$ plus heli

  • @kaleb610 not to bad for a helicopter

  • @kaleb610 Nah you can get helis for much cheaper now.

  • im surprised the rotors were still in tact

  • I'm not angry at all. But it does upset me when people like you comment on here like you know what you're talking about, trying to blame this on the pilot. If you don't know, don't comment. You had no clue about what heli that was, yet you took a cheap shot at the pilot. I will never let that go. You will be called out every time.

  • It's an Exec162 kit helicopter. It's only the most popular kit in the world..

  • I didn't need to see that to be scared - it sounded scary enough given the unhealthy noises the helo was making. Pilot did well to keep the damage restricted to the machine. At least I think he did - the lens cap might as well have been left on. They walked away which is the important bit. Cheers for posting the vid anyway.

  • I am pretty sure that chopper was not designed to carry more than one person, especially since it looks like it has only one seat, and is probably a mini 500 by the looks of it. That could be the problem.

  • @dragonamt Well I'm pretty sure you are wrong. It's a 162 Exec, a TWO place helicopter. Google it.

  • @waterinthefuel Yes sir, lol you sound angry, probably right though by the looks of it, never heard of the chopper before, then again I'm not very knowledgeable in kit helicopters (basically I know nothing of them). All I know is from my friends getting their commercial pilots license at the university I attend. It looks like their newest kit using this motor has several safety redundancies to prevent this exact failure from happening again, likely prompted by this event.

  • horrible camera man. Not sure why everytime someone captures something on video it's zoomed all the way in and shaky as hell.

  • @LEDshooter You know what my friend, he wasn't shooting! You're an arrogant douche. The only quality video you would have captured in such a life threatening event would have been the expanding patch of piss in your crotch. Do you need validation in your life so badly that you search for bad videos on the web in order to make some ridiculous comment in a failed attempt to demonstrate your superior video knowledge? Well, fuck you... with all due respect.

  • @bradjmorris Uhm he's not trying to be an ass, he's stating the facts. And he is right and you are wrong. ALSO he is sharing his opinion (WHICH IS TRUE!). So why don't you just take a chill pill.

  • @Halaryoos Um, yeah, it IS quite bad video. On that we agree. I am astounded, however, that you fools can not grasp the idea that he was not shooting video and was simply trying to hold on during what was surely a terrifying ride. To criticize the quality of the camera work under such conditions isn't just unreasonable, it is absurd. Chill pill? No thanks, I don't do drugs. Ass.

  • @bradjmorris People on youtube are about as dumb if not dumber than the people on yahoo answers... i've almost given up hope of finding a proper comment on here.

  • @bradjmorris do you do booze?

  • @LEDshooter a chopper having trouble, that's what makes it shake, maybe if you were on board, not only will your camera shakes but your whole body as well, and you might think, why the hell where you in this chopper.

  • zoom out please

  • stop shaking hands

  • Brad ... YOU ARE A MORON

  • @giovmari Your opinion was unsolicited and uncalled for. Why so angry, Gio? Is it the geese? Your family prefers them to you? Perhaps if you spent more quality time with the family and less time perusing the internet to attack innocent people with your dumb comments your relationship with them might improve. good luck, geese fucker.

  • @bradjmorris ok you are not a moron but the video at beginning seemed a bad joke ... sorry bro

  • @giovmari gimme a hug, you.

  • Golf.

  • The pilot did a great job. He and his passenger are both alive and well. Who cares if he wrecked his fake helicopter. When the engine stared surging, he didn't waste any time, just entered his auto like he should have done. I don't know the specs' on this bird, but I'm guessing the rotors are of the low inertia type.........which means very little room for error. One again, good job!

  • You wouldnt catch me in a Rotorway...

  • BANG !!! that's it

  • We´re fine, thank you. We just like to park the chopper like that.

  • lucky

  • small chopper

  • you cant even tell what is happening because of the horrible filming..

  • Well, let me splain what's happening, lil fella. They were c r a s h i n g. So, they weren't interested in filming anymore. Ya see? You're so cute!

  • How do you fault bad camera work during a crash?? hope everyone was ok

  • Ive never seen a so bad cameraman

  • I'm isiknoring you... douchebag.

  • horrid vidio

  • No, it snot, young lady.

  • No offence dude.

But 85% of it. Is horrible camera View.

  • Oh ouch my eyes! Sorry..

  • Was that a Rotorway Exec helicopter?

  • Yes it is (was)

  • That shit will buff out ...

  • Yep, just stick that rotar in between a couple of heavy books and will take out the creasing.

  • What an awfull job of shooting, you can't see anything, poor camera job!

  • dude they were falling.........what would you expect....i shit myself if something like this happen to me.....

  • ohh ouhh my eyes !!

  • Can't even see anything!!!

  • your a twat, the heli was falling, hmmm hould have asked the lord to "hold it" while he adjusts his camera

  • Fooooore!

  • SCHEI? KAMERA

  • man the photographer sounds like an asshole and a astuck up bitch, when ever someone asked him a question or said are you ok? he responded like a stuck up ass

  • he was in shock, he probly thought he was gonna die

  • Halo? HALO, supermodz?!!! What are you, 12?!

  • YES!!!!

  • In that case, please stay and enjoy our selection of skittles and Mega Bloks.

  • why thank you Brad J Morris

  • @jomemelin Oh yeah? You try and shoot a film like Stephen Spielberg when your in a helicopter that's dropping like brick!

  • wow! Lovely copter. Noone injured.

  • CZYM ON TO NAGRYWAŁ KALKULATOREM?

  • whats the sniffer dog for at a heli crash? (1:10) hehe, checking for drug runners? lol only in america

  • It looks like a rotorway chopper. They are a very small two seat helo with a piston engine.

  • Definitely a Rotorway.

  • well, the crash seems real ...but the escape-run after the crash is fake! look the chopper on the ground>> no smoke, no dust, no engine-sound ...just a bad dramatization of the situation! oscar-performance, guys :-) ...cheers

  • "Hey man, I drink Jack Daniels so I'm a badass!" I'm sure the fine folks at Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey are pleased as punch that you've chosen them for your moniker. Douche.

  • jajajjajaa que carajo paso?? jajajaja LOL!!! I can't understand the video!! jajajajajaaa

  • weiß jemand welches modell der heli war ????

  • that is a small helicopter. never seen one that small before.

  • they both suck...bad pilot and even worst camraman...

  • LOL

  • and the comments suck ass also. Well, actually just yours, bazzar. Come back when you can spell. Just because it's on the internet is no license to be stupid. You digg, you ignoramus?! Look it up.

  • ZOMG HOLD THE CAMERA STILL!!!

  • I thought about responding, but you're a monkeyboy.

  • have you heard of a thing called Holding a camara Still?

Yes it was invented when the camara came out :D

  • Holding a camera still isn't always easy, it gets shakier when you zoom in as he did. And on top on that you are in a crashing helicopter.

  • i aint dum dumass! i have a camara and its really easy and he is not actually in the heili!

  • Oh, I didn't see that he wasn't in the heli, it was too shaky. That changes everything!

  • I think it was invented around the same time as your doucheassinitis diagnosis

  • Do you have epilepsy.

  • Are you kidding me?!!! Your name is Jasper! JASPER!!!! You may not even have an opinion... Jasper!

  • @HorridJasper

so annoying to watch thumbs down

  • Bad spelling work throughout.

  • i thought this was fake for a second becouse the heli the in perfect shape on the ground i realizaed it was real on the news part

  • Comment removed

  • lol... I think you're the one with an insignificant brain, considering that you can't spell for crap. :-P

  • Ground- 1

    Helocopter- 0

  • I saw this on TV. It was the video shot by Michael J. Fox.

  • @tryithere OK, that was funny.

  • great work from the camera man at this point

  • Comment removed

  • Hey man, thats not shaky at all!

  • THAT WAS LEGIT!!!!

  • I must credit the photographer. I think it would be a little difficult to keep the camera steady while crashing. Wouldn't you agree?

  • Cheap ass kit helicopter. It is an experimental and is not supposed to fly over populated area or be used for commercial purposes. The pilots a moron times two!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Well a little organization called the FAA says you cannot fly over populated areas in home builts. And by the way, anyone can say oh just go out and get a 500, 206, or 135 but obviously you have no idea what kind of time and money you're talking about.

TexNoz= another youtube jackass that thinks he knows what hes talking about. Those two guys who fly r22s are more of pilots than you will ever be. How about you just delete your youtube account and stop making ignorant comments.

  • Comment removed

  • OK fucking jackass. FAR 91.319 says that any aircraft with an experimental certificate cannot be operated over a densely populated area or in a congested airway. texNoz=little 15 year old pussy who thinks he knows what hes talking about and can talk a lot of shit over youtube.

  • nich so toll

  • I know how to fix it! DUCT TAPE!!! lol

  • You got to love autorotation, decent altitude, nerves and skill. There's nothing "crazy about that old newsboy LOL.

  • "Crazy Pilot"? What a brainless bimbo news dude!

  • Wasn't engine troubles, that was the gearbox or clutch dropping out. That is a home built experimental Rotorway Exec/Talon with a piston engine. You hear him revving the grip on the collective trying to get it to re-engage. Great job making it back to earth in one piece.

  • wow man...glad u guys escaped ok..although i wouldn't have gotten so close to da chopper after it crashed..just incase it exloded or sumpin

  • in my town theres tons of those kinds of helos. They run on 1 engine and have no doors and r extreamly small.

  • thumbs up for everybody!

  • super glue should fix it haha
