This happen to me too only I cannot shoot or use magic or even try to use my sword. The only way to attack randomly is to use an expression and press x...I was stuck like a sliding statue. What I did to fix this was do the Chesty mission and suddenly I'm back to normal. (luckily) Though it was a very strange experience. O_o

i did it by having my gun out and saving then go back on it should work

if you wanna stop this glitch just open up a chest or do positive expressions for a while for some reason when i did both of those things it went back to normal

did you try to restart? well if it is really stuck then you can go to the xbox dashboard go to system settings then when you go to hardrive press Y then press X X LB RB X X and it will ask to do a sytem cleaning just go to yes then play the game withought updating and you will be unstuck once you do that save and you can do the update later and there ya go its a long process but its better than having to start another character
