I just love the moments of interaction between Sesshomaru and Rin ^^ He's a cold-hearted demon seeking power, she's an innocent child looking for someone to look up to. Such a fun little mix. ^^
@MrSAYITAGAIN09 very true, i was just stating that Seshy didn't keep Rin aroud originally because he respected her, he saw her as a tool and probably intended to use Rin to eventually steal the Tetsiga from InuYasha; atleast until he found out exactly how powerful his "worthless" sword is.
Another thing, is i can totally see Seshy and Rin becomming romantically involved once Rin matures into an adult. I think he does love Rin as a brother right now, but realizes that affection runs deeper.

This is such a cute song for Sesshomaru and Rin. It's so disgusting how people put them together as a couple. She's just a little girl for goodness sake! I really think the innocence portrayed in this song proves that neither sees the other in a romantic way, and their relationship is that of a father and his daughter.

@NSwisher15721 I don't get any romantic vibe from them, it's more of what i guess you could call a crack pairing... not that it is completely and utterly impossible in the world of InuYasha lol but personally, I just enjoy entertaining the idea of Fluffy and Rin as a couple (Yeah, I just called Sesshomaru Fluffy.). In the show, like you said it's obvious they have more of a father-daughter or big brother-little sister relationship.

Sesshomaru usually hates humans, so if he and Rin were just demon/human, he would never have taken her in.

Much like the way Kagome took down Inuyasha's wall of anger, bitterness, and hatred for humans, Rin took down (well, maybe only partly, but still) his constantly cold, indifferent, unfeeling, ruthless exterior. That's what I love about those two couples.
I can understand people's feelings about Rin being with Sesshomaru when she's older, but I just feel it's creepy :L maybe I'm just weird, but if I was babysitting a child and looking after it as one of my own I wouldn't be able to shake the memories of being a parent figure all their lives then all of a sudden, be in a relationship. I think Kohaku and Rin are better suited, I find their moments in the show together are really cute.

@KaptinKilla Watch The Final Act of InuYasha and you'll see his feelings come out, especially in...episode 9 of The Final Act I believe. It's just...the way I think of it is basically Rin is one of the only people to show him kindness and love. Jaken does that too, but he's a male and a demon so Sesshomaru doesn't care a whole lot for him. With Rin..it's like his daughter as the show develops. He doesn't like showing his emotions much, but he loves her a whole hell of a lot. He's my fave.<3

The only difference between Kagome and InuYasha and Sesshie and Rin as a couple is that Rin's a kid (so that be like a baby to Sesshie...And she'd still kinda be a baby to him even when she is older 'cause Sesshie's a lot older than InuYasha) and Kagome is a teenager (so she'd be more like a kid to InuYasha...But not any more, since he obviously loves her.) But still, Sesshie as Rin's father is something that I find more believable.=)

I think most of Rin/Sesshoumaru shipper are holding out for when Rin is older. Not when she is this bubbly kid, which I love by the way. lol. We are just happy that it's Rin that is the one he cares for. And to me, the important thing is, no matter how you see them. A couple whichever way one please, Sesshoumaru has Rin tucked away deep in his heart. And that special bond is what makes me go ga-ga-. lol. The innocence of it all. rin and sesshomaru would never work out cause sesshomaru is immortal which means he never dies and rin would be an old lady when sesshomaru is still young. this is better as a father/daughter realitionship
@KaIanari I don't think Sesshoumaru is immortal, he just have very long lifetime. If demons were immortal, they would live during the modern japan. We cannot see Sesshoumaru there, so that means he died, killed (i cannot image who could achieve that) or hiding (which is not really thinkable)
People think that an adult RinxSesshomaru is gross. What about the whole KagomexInuYasha thing? InuYasha, despite his youthful face, is several hundred years older. Remember she's from modern day Japan, he's in fuedal era. The time leap to the past Kagome does doesn't change the fact he's several hundred years older than her.
@MissMiano Also, I'd like to point out that whenever Inuyasha's father's death is brought up, often times how many years ago he had died is said. They'd always say that Inuyasha's father died 200 years ago. Inuyasha's father had died when he was a newborn. Which means Inuyasha was already 150 years old when he met Kikyo.
To say a lover's relationship between Rin and Seshomaru is gross is highly hypocritical. You're only saying it's gross because of the physical size, NOT their actual age.

I'm just pointing out the faulty logic some people have when all they're doing is basing their "gross factor" solely on the physical appearence of Rin and Sesshormaru. When Rin becomes adult, if their relationship would go beyond what it is now, it'd be the same sort of age gap situation as Inuyasha and Kagome or InuYasha and Kikyo.

Hmm..I wonder what would happen if older Rin will choose to go with Sesshomaru-sama...possibly a love connection :) It's tipical from Inu's family, all demons always falls for humans :) Inu's father fell for a human, Inuyasha fell for kagome, and very possibly Sesshomaru will fall for Rin eventually.

I don't support Rin and Sesshie as a paring (um...She's just a kid) but I can get how that can work. Since Sesshie's a full demon, I'm pretty sure he ages slower, so when Rin's grown up he basically looks the same.
Though I'd always seen them with a Father/Daughter relationship. Especially when, in the last episode of the Final Act, he'd visit Rin, whom starts living in Kiada's village. I thought that was so cute ^_^ . Aw Sesshie.<3

The only difference between Kagome and InuYasha and Sesshie and Rin as a couple is that Rin's a kid (so that be like a baby to Sesshie...And she'd still kinda be a baby to him even when she is older 'cause Sesshie's a lot older than InuYasha) and Kagome is a teenager (so she'd be more like a kid to InuYasha...But not any more, since he obviously loves her.) But still, Sesshie as Rin's father is something that I find more believable.=)

I think most of Rin/Sesshoumaru shipper are holding out for when Rin is older. Not when she is this bubbly kid, which I love by the way. lol. We are just happy that it's Rin that is the one he cares for. And to me, the important thing is, no matter how you see them. A couple whichever way one please, Sesshoumaru has Rin tucked away deep in his heart. And that special bond is what makes me go ga-ga-. lol. The innocence of it all. To me, it's pure, unique and just interesting. Rin grow fast.

I totally agree, rin is just a kid people! and a human none the less. when rin's grows up she will STILL be too young for sesshomaru. and she will die before sesshomaru even looks like he had aged a year. he is more of a father to her then anything people assume. that is my opinion but i do believe people are entitled to think as they want, i dont judge.

@KaIanari I don't think Sesshoumaru is immortal, he just have very long lifetime. If demons were immortal, they would live during the modern japan. We cannot see Sesshoumaru there, so that means he died, killed (i cannot image who could achieve that) or hiding (which is not really thinkable)

People think that an adult RinxSesshomaru is gross. What about the whole KagomexInuYasha thing? InuYasha, despite his youthful face, is several hundred years older. Remember she's from modern day Japan, he's in fuedal era. The time leap to the past Kagome does doesn't change the fact he's several hundred years older than her.

@MissMiano Also, I'd like to point out that whenever Inuyasha's father's death is brought up, often times how many years ago he had died is said. They'd always say that Inuyasha's father died 200 years ago. Inuyasha's father had died when he was a newborn. Which means Inuyasha was already 150 years old when he met Kikyo.
To say a lover's relationship between Rin and Seshomaru is gross is highly hypocritical. You're only saying it's gross because of the physical size, NOT their actual age.

I'm just pointing out the faulty logic some people have when all they're doing is basing their "gross factor" solely on the physical appearence of Rin and Sesshormaru. When Rin becomes adult, if their relationship would go beyond what it is now, it'd be the same sort of age gap situation as Inuyasha and Kagome or InuYasha and Kikyo.

Becuase Sesshomaru always shows a paternal-like caring and restraint with Rin and Rin is like a devoted daughter, though I think everyone holds out hope for when Rin is grown that the relationship will evolve also.

Hahaha when Rin is young it is xD, but when Rin is old, I don´t think so, cause demons will be always a lot older than humans xD. Examples: Inuyasha's father is like thousand years older than Inuyasha´s mother, while Inuyasha is hundreds of years older than Kagome. So we expect Rin needs to grow up more xDD to make it more balanced hehe xD

Quite true Rin and Sesshomaru are in a father-daughter relationship. Rumiko Takahashi stated this in her inuyasha bio book and in an interview; apparently, according to her interview, Rin was adopted by Sesshomaru in some way. So shut up, they're not a couple.
