The person being interviewed is Arturo Vega. He and a couple of friends designed he Ramones logo, he sold T-shirts at the shows and did the lights. He's an artist and a friend until the end. He always took great care of them, especially Dee Dee and Joey.
That's what I thought at first. And I was terrified too. But, it's definitely John. The things he say all sounds like things John would say. And you've gotta remember, this was only a couple of weeks before he died. He wasn't doing so well at that time... It's horrible.
