The bit where Stephanie kisses Tony on the park bench isn't scripted. Travolta's partner at the time, Diana Hyland, was dying with breast cancer and Travolta became upset whilst filming the scene. Karen Lynne Gorney kissed him on the cheek to re-assure him.
