It depends how old you are. I started when i was 6 self-teaching....then i took sign language in school for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. I continued for 3 more years in college...i'm still waiting for them to open a sign language 4...if neither of these are options i know some communities hold local classes..or you can go online for instruction videos :)

I don't know enough to know which signed version of this song on YouTube is best, but I like yours the most because of the amount of facial expression (I know this is crucial in ASL) and how fluent is appears (to me, anyway!)-- less like someone taking a course in ASL and more like a native signer.
