The J Line goes over the WIlliamsburg. This is the Manhattan Bridge. And if this was 2003 then it was probably the B Train.

@salzone1 The train is a R40 and it's on the south (Broadway) side of the bridge. It's either the N or Q. The B runs on the north (6th Avenue) side of the bridge.

Actually, it isn't. This was taken 3 years ago. There was a time when the B did run this track, but by then it was the N and the Q.
This was not a R40 but one of those older trains that in between cars had this open "V" space to them. They were being phased out at the time, which is why I took the opportunity to shoot this video while I still could (since the angles are so much better).
