(look up the console on the fallout 3 wiki, it comes in handy)
I don't think you can access the console on the console versions though.

The first time I went to Old Onley, and I didn't yet know about Death claws, I thought, oh well, a Fat man should to the trick. So I launched a mini nuke, and he didn't lose half of his health, that was when I realised to get the hell out of there and never come back, except with the alien blaster of course.
