All the Hate ,.....Let me explain something , If you look closely at the Video , The Guitarist , The Singer and The drummer are ALL Japanese ........And singing in English , with an UNcopyrighted piece of music to "provide" a demo . I have met the Guitarist . I live in Japan
English is NOT and easy language for them . I also teach music . It is about the gear , not the gab . To you it may be a crappy demo song , It is just a demo song To listen to music Turn on your Radio
Tell ya what I'm sick of,...I'm SICK of people doing these damn videos and just "assuming" that we know everything that is needed. For instance, on THIS video did you notice the guy said: "I just select the tracks I want, export dialog, choose the format I want and press export." GEES, THANKS FOR BEING SO SPECIFIC AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME! NOW I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO! Don't even know why you would bother to to post the video if you are going to "assume" we know everything!
"We really need to know if it is possible to have a stereo backing tracks on the first two outputs AND a click on a third output sent to the drummer's headphones, otherwise it's useless as a live device. I'm gonna buy it, if it can do that, so please Cakewalk, GIVE US AN ANSWER! Thanx"
THANK JESUS!!! Now I finally know how keyboardist play more that one sound at the same time during a live show!!! What is this device called (not item name but the name of these kind of devices that play backing tracks) and is there a good cheap device like this?
It seems to me click must be send from Left out and mono playback from right out. Why V-Studio must have individual track for click? I haven't seen any device with this facility. And who is going to produce click in this case? Some third channel, three channels stereo ??? Or Studio should know when is the first beat on your mp3 songs located on MD Card?

Can you send a click separate from the backing track to the drummer? Or will you have to have a mono backing track and record your click track as audio?
I'm lovin using Sonar 8 PE by the way and the V-Studio looks like it suits my needs more than the V-Studio 700.

lol. They spend more time showing you how to put the unit in the bag than they do showing how to use and control the backing tracks.
Then they show the band playing around doing who the fkk knows what with who knows what equipment connected to ?? inputs/outputs...
Kind of a waste of time?
*sigh*
