The over-arching plot is a LITTLE bit confusing, but a welcome change! It's very interesting.

@Bastiest She's from the original manga, though.

But she wasn't always around. She shows up much less and is therefore less "annoying" than her anime counterpart.

Personally, I love Pinoko.

I think this is because the manga chapters are too short for anime episodes, so for filler to make the episodes long enough, they add more Pinoko. Also, children identify with Pinoko more than Black Jack. ^^;

Well, to hell with it. Pretty much every guy in this show plays a part as a cameo character but just in different role wich I find funny.

That's Princess Sapphire. The model in Black Jack was a grown-up version of her used as part of Tezuka's Star System. ^_^ So, er, in this series, it could be the model dressing as the titular character of Princess Knight. x3
