I love the scene when this song plays, as he looks up through the foliage a plane silently flies by leaving nothing but a smoke trail as this amazing little riff plays.
@dsgamez Exactly, I agree with you on that one. They are NOT ZOMBIES!, just because they run round murdering people, doesn't mean they're zombies, they are infected with 'The Rage Virus'. It's good to think of what you'd do aswell, it's a bit upsetting if it was real though.
@JoseMB13 Dude check out my channel, and watch my video"No More Film-(Psychedelic Extended Remix)"...its obviously this song, just longer, and i tweaked the sound a little bit to make it sound even cooler!
this song is so beautiful! i used to play it on my keyboard all day! for guys who want to learn it, all i remember is that it starts with a C, and go down to a G#. that is all i remember. damn, i wanna learn it again!
What pisses me off with zombie movies is they often seem to forget that the survival aspect is the more interesting part.
Even after the original Night and Dawn of the Dead, Shaun and 28 Days Later I could still watch another movie about survivors trying to forage for food, find shelter, adapt etc.
It's just there really aren't that many movies with decent actors, make-up, settings, more survival aspect and more subtlety etc.
@CarryFlag8 No Surprises maybe, but this song gives a much more eerie and depressing tone, while No Surprises, despite it's subject material, is very mellow and relaxing.
Out of all the songs this is my faviorite. 28 Days Later was a depressing movie.. in a good way. I mean the non-infected people are stuck on a densley populated infected island. This song really set the depressing and scary mood that the people had. Really great movie and awesome song.
the most touching thing about these kinda movies, and especially this one, is that they make you wonder what would you do if this thing would happen for real.
i once went into a mall that was close to going out of buisness and there where only like 5 stores open. but i went in there it was so empty and quiet i remembered this song and got goosebumps lol
DUDE i totally get what you mean, i mean if i were to imagine an abandoned city i would imagine just as they made it in 28 days later...........handowns the best "zombie" movie ever even though they arent zombies

@AnimanofWoW It's not a zombie movie! You don't see any zombies in the movie! This movie is more meaningful and philosophical than any zombie horror you find. So yes, you are right, it's beautiful, but it's still not zombie movie!
I don't even know why I'm still arguing.. It's proven that they're infected and not zombies, even though there are always people trying to claim something else.
Aaaanyway, let's not argue about that.
This movie is hella epic and it sure gives a nice view on what would happen if we had a chemical war.
And it makes you think about things like "What would I do.."
I can't wait for 28 months later ether. I mean people thought weeks would be just non scene but they really put the filmd together. Every one thought it was crows or birds who still carryed the infection.
days is one of THE best films, not just horror films ever made! weeks is one of the worst ever made i mean it just showed why americans SHOULD NOT make horror movies and y only the british should be allowed make them! weeks was just a gore-fest with little if any meaningful plotline, it was extremely poorly pieced together. i mean in weeks we HAVE to see every blood droplet, every piece of flesh being ripped off where as in days honestly we see very little actual gore but it's SOO much scarier!
@mobsterie I didn't like Weeks either, but besides having American castmembers, I don't think any more Americans were involved in it than for Days. In fact it was more Spanish than anything, as the replacement of the first director with a Spanish director lead to more Spanish workers being recruited.
can someone make, like,an extended remix of this pleaseee! i hate having to replay,replay,replay...

Danny Boyle is an excellent director. Trainspotting was great, 28 Days later was great, and Sunshine was great.

This film was awesome until they met the soldiers imo. That whole plot with the women was kinda fucked up, but before that the movie was top notch.
