Impressed, can you keep it up on a rotating basis so the bastard feels the mild inconvenience daily, every day, never knowing if or when it will end?. Not quite the pain he inflicts on innocent animals but sometimes just emarrassment is enough. Or somebody could just shoot the cunt.
