from what I read of this movie´s story, its based on the book THE MAN ON THE HIGH CASTLE by Phillip K Dick.

In the book, Japan and Germany won the war. The US was divided between them. Characters in the book read a popular (albeit banned in the nazi conquered world) book with an "alternative" story where the Allies won.

In the end, they discover they live in a false world.

sugoi ne?..i have this movie 2 weeks ago and damn...its good!!! Korean's really can be compared to Hollywood filmakers...i thought japanese and koreans are so ghood in making horror films but damn..they can be as good as the ones in Holly wood when it comes to action films as well!!...I also recommend to watch "typhoon" and "City of Violence" it is a korean action movie...but lost memories is the Best that i have watched after Volcano High!Nice musical score and cinematography!
