hey  i got an iphone 3G about 2 days ago, an i downloaded the blackrain. then i plugged the iphone 3G into the pc windows xp, an it recognised the phone an itunes came up. i then opened up black rain but it said asl.dll file not found. so i pasted balckrain into the folder with apple...... then i opened it bakc up again, clicked make it rain. then the program worked. the phone displayed a screen witrh a usb connecting to the itunes logo. then it stuck on that screen for abt 7mins

Windows 32bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

or

Windows 64bit: 64 Bit C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

and place the blackra1n program in either folder assuming you're running on windows and then follow the video's instructions. just fyi you should see ASL.dll in the folder.

I have the 3rd Gen iPod Touch and I have successfully jailbroken it! Also, I downloaded cydia and when I opened cydia for it to reorganize, as normal the phone comes to the lock screen, but when I was doing that, the first page with the settings, music, videos, photos completely disappeared and I now only have the apps that I downloaded! I cannot even see anything and there are no results when I try to search for them in the search bar! It simply says : URL Not Found ! What am I to do!?

as long as the program cydia showed up you will be ok but you can keep pressing make it rain intill it does as you can see from mine i still did make it rain and i already had it on there so just keep trying maybe a couple times will do the job lol hope this help
