Well, considering Brianna is a girl's name, I would say... no.  Brianna is the red head standing to the right of Team Hatter guy. She is an amazing and VERY well-known artist among the Hatter/Alice fans who just about started the whole craze with her awesome DLand videos and collaborated effort with her friends on the Alice/Hatter webcomic series, "When Curiosity Met Insanity" which can be found on Live Journal. Just search for the user "briberry" here on U2b. That's her! =)

It's supposed to be referring to the chant song. But if you mean MELODY wise, then well, "Digga Tunnah" is pretty much the same basic similar melody as the chant portion of Circle of Life anyway, so yeah, lol.
