I watched what was here. I can't comment as to what else he has said, and I don't feel like watching a bunch of clips. I know what happened.
There is however a difference betweenw hat Bush did and what Obama did.
Obama had regulations and conditions on the money. Bush just gave it away. And in fact, we have been paid back a very large chunk of what we lent out.

And if that is all the change you have seen, then you haven't been looking very hard. He has accomplished the vast majority of what he campaigned on.
Has he gotten it all right? NO. But he has done a lot for being in office such a short time.
