Not quite. With the motors connected in series , each sees the same current at half the voltage for twice the torque. Torque is a factor of current. In parallel , each motor sees the same voltage for half the current for higher top rpm. Rpm is a factor of voltage all things being equal.

I'll actually be using 35mm sq cable. the small stuff is just for static test runs to check out the motors etc.

you should use 6 mm or more wire i think they too small and will burn when u will ride the motobike

Actually series is used for takeoff and parallel for top speed.

Parallel ,,, WOW !! maybe have the controller to do that parallel on take off then series for power economical reasons,
