I tried this last night and just ended up in a different dream, i forgot to fall onto a bed though and just kept falling for a while and ended up in some random street.
@KustomCompBuilder yeah, that's what he claims. not sure i buy it, though, just an interesting theory. listen to what stephen laberge has to say about it towards the end of this video: watch?v=LZhney6ZKo0&feature=related
basically, when they tested for accuracy, sometimes there were inexplicable correlations between obes & reality, & sometimes none @ all.
@JackHighlander in my little experience with obes, and lots of experience with lucid dreaming, its easy to believe in a lucid dream that you might be having an OBE, when you aren't. I think the only was you will know which you have had is when you wake up. I've only had 2 OBE's but when you wake up you feel different and it more intense than waking up from a lucid dream which is no different from waking up normally.
ive had a bad obe rolled over but actually didnt roll over this was the scary part it was lucid but acutally felt touch , continued to fall off bed and a dark force grabbed me and i continued to grab at it preeching gods word .
Yippee!! I'm reading it now! Thanks!

bradley thompson of the lucid dreaming kit says that what appears to be obes *are* lucid dreams - there is no difference.

@JackHighlander you mean like obes are just dreams?

I tried that before and it didn't work, instead I jump into the air and force myself to wake. Last time I did that though, my dream body exploded.

This sort of stuff may occur to you when you are young like 3 or 4. Ever had a dream and then you are falling. It is rather scary.
