7 Segment Serial Display Arduino LED

I ve set up pretty much the same with Altera card and programmed it with Quartus to make a stopwatch for my project. I used JK flipflops.. But shift register is pretty much the same i think. I am really drewling for a Arduino card... very good card :)

@lappetuzz you can get a 10 usd arduino (plus a 15 usd programmer, but only one of these are needed)

Do you have any info on this? looks like your controlling four 7seg led displays with 5 wires (3 minus + and ground?)
