The $1 plant really DO work! I'm growing strawberries right NOW just after it gets really big you have to transfer it to a bigger pot. And then u can take the seeds from the strawberries u grew and make more. Just u have to water them EVERYDAY!! Or else they will probally die.I said probally I did not say they will!
I have not tried it myself but, yes you should be able to grow a plant using the little seeds on the outside if they were mature enough before the plant was picked. So for best luck I would use local strawberries. For better luck, buy a $1 strawberry plant start and in a couple years it will multiple by sending out child plants and you will have more strawberry plants you could ever want.
If I remember correctly, most plant growth is during the night time hours. That would explain the apparent surge of growth from frame to frame. Also, I'm curious as to the temperature during this period of time. Did you record it?
Yes, all temperatures are recorded to a database in the computerized grow box. Should have been in a range of 65-75 degrees while the pictures were captured
